1.Patient Management: functions within the APN practice guidelines agreed upon by the medical and patient care services divisions and in conjunction with the collaborating physician outlines in their Standard Care Arrangement.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
1.Master of Science Degree in Nursing or must fall under the grandfather clause for APNs
2.Registered Nurse with current licensure to practice nursing in the State of Ohio.
3 Certificate of Authority to practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse in the State of Ohio.
4.Certificate to prescribe.
5.Minimum of three years nursing experience.

The job of the Floorhand is to safely and efficiently perform all manual labor tasks on the rig under the direct supervision of the Operator or, in his absence, the Assistant Operator. This includes rig up and rig down procedures, nipple up and down and care of the B.O.P. system, the monitoring and operation of the various rig equipment and when called up to do so, to assist the Motor-hand within the mud pit, mud pump and chemical mixing areas. The Floorhand is responsible for the housekeeping activities on the rig including washing, chipping and painting.–
This position reports to the operator on tour, however, the floorhand ultimately reports to the Rig Supervisor on location.

Position requires standing, walking, and sitting, while working either indoors or outdoors. While performing this job, the Floorharnd will be required to lift and carry, pull/push, reach, squat, kneel and or climb ladders or stairs.
Working conditions for this position may involve exposure to varying environmental conditions. This may include chemicals, gases, cold/heat, noise, dampness, dust, fumes, radiation and heights. Exposure to the above conditions should be handled as prescribed in the C.A.T.S HSE / Operations manual.
Other requirements include mental, physical and manual dexterity, hand/grip strength, depth perception and any other physical attributes that enable the employee to perform the job safely according to all Company, Local, State and Federal regulations and requirements. An unrestricted, CO RN license (or a compact RN license and obtain a CO RN license within 90 days of start date).
Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire. All life support certification cards must be issued by either the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer. (American Red Cross for the Professional Rescuer is only good upon hire and all renewals will need to be through an American Heart Association sanctioned course).
Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care plans based on patient assessment to optimize outcomes and maximize available resources

Responsible for assisting in the set up and take down of the drilling Rig and equipment.
Responsible for handling, sorting, and moving drill tools, pipe, cement, and other materials.

Audubon California acquired the 6,800-acre Bobcat Ranch in 2007, as part of its ongoing effort to support and encourage the conservation and restoration of blue oak woodlands and rangelands in California. With the support of many partners including government agencies, partner NGOs and the ranching community, staff at Bobcat Ranch are developing infrastructure to allow for improved management of cattle, while continuing the restoration work begun in 2003. Our objective for Bobcat Ranch is for it to be a hub of research, conservation, education and outreach for conservation practitioners, ranchers, and the public. Our ultimate goal is for Bobcat Ranch to be a model of economic and ecological sustainability, serving as a demonstration project promoting regenerative and restorative land management practices for working ranches throughout California.
The Ranch Hand will report directly to the Bobcat Ranch Manager, who will often work alongside this individual as a team. They will perform various field projects primarily relating to livestock operations, ranch management and maintenance, and general operations. The position will interact with members of the public, partners from agencies and other non-profits, and the grazing lessee. While the position will primarily be in the field, there may be components of office administrative work. Work will generally occur Tuesday-Thursday, and occasional weekends during fire season, hunting season, and as needed for special events on weekends. They will work directly with the Ranch Manager, and will often work alone in remote, rugged locations, occasionally in hot and wet weather, and without cell reception. Applicants must be able to work independently. Housing is not provided and must have a reliable mode of transportation to get to Bobcat Ranch.
This ia a part-time position located at Audubon California's Bobcat Ranch, near the town of Winters, in Yolo County, CA.
Cattle fence maintenance and construction
Livestock water systems maintenance and construction
Installation and maintenance of electric fencing for livestock
Conduct remote property patrols
Cover shifts during fire season
Assisting in cattle rotations
Maintaining and enhancing restoration projects
Working with subcontractors
Generally assisting livestock operations project implementation under the direction of the Ranch Manager
General ranch maintenance and operations
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Experience
High school degree required, experience in lieu of education considered.
3+ years of experience working as a Ranch Hand;
Working knowledge of grassland ecology and habitat management is preferred;
Knowledge and appreciation of the ranching culture, range management issues, and sustainable ranching practices is strongly preferred;
Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills;
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and make decisions in the absence of specific directions;
Ability to effectively coordinate with staff, and interact positively with others to advance the Audubon mission;
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word required, ArcGIS experience helpful; experience in additional systems and platforms a plus;
Must possess a valid driver's license, have access to personal transportation and be able to work independently;
Passion for the mission of the Audubon, as well as knowledge or interest in bird conservation initiatives, conservation policy, habitat restoration, and environmental education is ideal;
Ability to maneuver uneven trails, drive safely on unpaved surfaces, and lift up to 75 lbs with or without accommodation;
Ability to safely operate a Honda Rancher quad off-road, and 4wd vehicles;
Working knowledge of livestock fencing and water systems construction and maintenance;
Ability to use a stick welder, and perform light carpentry;
Experience safely and gently moving livestock (primarily cattle).

What does your job entail?
Supervise the Resort's marina and storage area.
Supervise the Marina Store with particular attention to inventory management and internal controls.
Oversee the placement of all boats to ensure the maximization of each slip is utilized.
Ensure the docks are consistently monitored for safety and efficiency purposes.
Maintains open communication with General Manager, Assistant General Manager and staff at all times.
Ensure a successful partnership with the Store staff, maintenance and front desk teams to ensure the arrival experience is seamless for all guests.
Represent company in a professional manner at all times.
Attend and participate in training programs as requested.
Assist, coach & mentor other staff members as needed.
Drive motorized vehicle on or off property for company business.
This position requires the candidate to spend 90% off his or her work day in the outdoor Marina location.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Your qualifications include:
High School Diploma or equivalent required, college degree Preferred.
3 plus years of experience in hospitality, RV & marina experience preferred.
2 plus years of managing a marina experience preferred.
Strong communication skills.
Valid driver's license and good driving record with proof of insurance.

Experienced Floor Hand

REPORTS TO: Operator
CLASSIFICATION: Non-exempt hourly
The Floorhand works on a well servicing unit and is responsible for performing services on oil and gas wells. The duties of the Floorhand include assisting in rigging up or down, pulling/laying down rods, tubing and casing as well as other functions specified by the customer or well operator. All duties are to be performed according to the company's operating procedures in order to maximize the safety of all personnel at the work site and to efficiently perform the task.
This position reports to the Operator and requires frequent contact with all crew members, customer representative and other service related company representatives.
Physical ability to perform medium to heavy manual labor
Must have a valid driver's license if needed to drive
Ability to learn or have the basic knowledge of the oil field and related equipment associated with the position
Ability to read, write and speak English to the extent she/he is able to understand verbal and written instructions as well as give verbal and written instructions
Ability to use simple mathematical calculations using whole numbers, fractions and decimals (addition, subtraction, division and multiplication) to make job related calculations
Performs the primary thinking called for and encompassed by the overall position definition
Adheres to company policies and work requirements
Assists in the rigging up/down of the well service unit by lifting, operating, rig up and down guywires, hydraulic jacks, pad/boards, and emergency equipment which may include SCBA's fire extinguisher, and H2S monitors
The Floorhand will be required to lift, remove, install and operate wellhead, pumping units and associated production equipment as required by the well operator or other designated company official in performing these duties. Duties may also include driving a company vehicle
A Floorhand will be required to position, lift, attach, install and work with matting boards, tubing, rods, casing and associated well equipment such as rod trippers, polish rods and JU stripper heads
The position requires various types and levels of job related training with respect to the rig operations and company's standards operating procedures and also other specialized training as required by regulatory agencies and the company
Position requires standing, walking, and sitting, while working either indoors or outdoors
While performing this job, the Floorhand will be required to lift and carry, pull/push, reach, squat, kneel and or climb ladders or stairs
Working conditions for this position may involve exposure to varying environmental conditions. This may include chemicals, gases, cold/heat, noise, dampness, dust, fumes, radiation and heights. Exposure to the above conditions should be handled as prescribed in the company's safety manual and/or the company's standard operating procedures
Other requirements include mental, physical and manual dexterity, hand/grip strength, depth perception and any other physical attributes that enable the employee to perform the job safely according to all Company, Local, State and Federal regulations and requirements
This position requires the ability and willingness to wear the following personal protective equipment and/or safety equipment to including, but not limited to; safety glasses, face shields, goggles, ear muffs/plugs, steel toe boots, hard hat, full body harness with applicable fall protection devices, SCBA (Self Contained Breathing Apparatus), H2S detectors, slicker or TYVEK chemical suit and gloves, FRC (Fire Retardant Clothing)
