Job Title: Maintenance Technician for Metal Roll Forming Plant - 1st or 2nd Shift (based on need)

This individual will be responsible for all of the following, but not limited to:
General troubleshooting/maintenance on all Hydraulic and Pneumatic machinery
Repairs of Hydraulic, Pneumatic, and Industrial equipment
Troubleshooting of all electrical systems and PLC's
Minimum 5 years industrial experience in all aspects of Industrial Electrical including:
Low Voltage DC
Machinery control circuits
Motors and Controls
VFD Power and Controls
Strong Electrical Troubleshooting skills
Expertise in reading Electrical schematics
Minimum 5 years Industrial experience in all aspects of Industrial Mechanics including:

The purpose of the Forming Machine Operator is to assist in the production of high quality omelet fillings and egg products in the Forming Room. This person needs to possess an understanding of the operation and the products made, as well as the end users of products. The Forming Machine Operator will work along with Lead /Supervisor to insure efficiency in operations, and maintain a clean and safe production environment. The Forming Machine Operator is required to follow instruction (written or oral) from the Lead or Supervisor. Forming Machine Operators could do a variety of tasks including operate the bagger, mix product batches, and perform required QA product checks and maintain all proper documentation that allows for the smooth function of the Forming Room. All Forming Machine Operators must learn and have the ability to do these tasks as instructed by the lead or supervisor.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in breakdown and transfer of ingredients to Forming Room.
Assist in mixing batches and transferring to mixer and forming machines.
Assist in set-up of room prior to production - metal detector, bagger, and assemble corrugated totes for shipping as needed.
Ensure totes are properly labeled for shipping.
Operate and monitor bagger, transfer bags of product from bagger to metal detector to finished totes.
Perform required QA product and equipment checks at designated intervals.
Gather samples for lab testing during production at designated time intervals.
Deliver finished samples to lab at end of production.
Monitor production flow have the ability to determine if product meets proper specifications or not and take corrective action as needed, i.e. bad transfers, product integrity.
Enter finished product data into SAP at computer ice station.
Assist in returning unused ingredients to cooler at end of shift.
Remove waste receptacles to empty as needed during production.
Assist in the general good housekeeping of the area and maintain sanitary environment during production (clean-up floor, debris, re-fill hand sanitizers outside the Distribution area).
Assist in clean-up of room at end of production as time allows.
Expected to adhere to safe work practices, follow GMP and HACCP guidelines, maintain sanitary conditions and ensure that product quality is maintained in order to maintain SQF Level 3 certification. Report to management any conditions or practices that may adversely affect food safety, food quality or personnel safety.
Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
No prior experience or training.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume and distance.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Certification

The Roll Editor Operator is assigned to operate the roll editor. You will work a 7 pm to 7 am, 12 hour fixed day shift on C Team.

JOB PROFILE SUMMARY
Set up, adjust and operate external roll grinding machines to grind a diversified line of work unusual contours to close and exacting tolerances and finish. May select and dress wheels, select speeds, feeds, and sequences, best suited for type of finish, material characteristics, contour of work, etc. Skill required to align work in machine, dress wheels and allow for operating factors affecting dimensions and finish such as wheel wear, temperature, etc. Readily works from drawings, sketches, and specifications. Use a variety of precision measuring instruments. Requires a thorough working knowledge of grinding practices and finish requirements. All work is subject to process and final inspection.

Requires excellent working knowledge OEM bearing maintenance and repair methods.
Proficient user of computer systems including, Grinder CNC control software, Microsoft Office products including Word and XL as well as OEE (overall equipment efficiency)
Completely capable of setting up the software parameters in the grinder controls to accomplish complex tasks such as compound crowns, and grooving patterns of all types.
Can accurately and easily access and edit MS Word and XL documents and has working knowledge of computers – especially Fanuc controls, MS Word and XL as well as OEE systems, which allows for timely navigation of views and for recording information electronically.

Job Description: Position Description Arconic Fastening Systems (AFS) is seeking a skilled machinist.
Arconic Fastening Systems (AFS) serves the global aerospace, automotive, and commercial transportation markets with the most specialized engineering, highest quality, and the greatest breadth and depth of fastening system solutions and seamless rolled rings in our industry. Headquartered in Torrance, CA; AFSR employs 7,900 people in 13 countries at 39 locations. AFSR is a business unit of Arconic (NYSE:ARNC).
Sets up and operates two multi-station nut formers to produce parts consistent with print specifications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Independently operates and makes complete set ups on National and Waterbury-Ferral Nut Formers producing parts to close tolerance as specified by work orders, nutformer parts prints and machine layouts
Selects, mounts, and adjusts proper punches and die sets
Assembles dies and punches using Hydraulic press
Sets machine speeds, feeds and stops
Utilizes extensive knowledge of metal flow capabilities of various metals to operate machines and produce parts, avoiding fractures and folds in the finished product.
Checks parts with standard gauges or precision measuring instruments and submits parts for "first article" inspection as required.
Utilizes knowledge of metal flow capabilities of various metals to operate machines and produce parts consistent with print specifications.
Recognizes improper machine functioning and/or tooling problems and takes corrective action.
Basic Qualifications Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
