IT Asset Manager
Minimum of three years of IT Asset Management experience. Three years of experience working with asset management/tracking tools
Responsible for planning, monitoring, procurement and recording client based hardware assets to ensure compliance with company policy and vendor contracts.
Responsible for developing and implementing procedures for tracking client assets to oversee quality control throughout their leased or purchased life-cycles.
Responsible for using the appropriate tools and working close with the Procurement Departments and other members of the organization including senior management.
Responsible for identifying company PCs and related peripherals, their current location, OS versions, lease cycles, health and hardware levels.
Asset management reporting:
Produce compliance reports and respond to requests from management.
Assist with the development of any procedures or policies to ensure the global organization is following PC deployment and replacement policies.
Responsible for tracking all PCs globally and ensuring that expiring leases are replaced, returned to vendors or purchased at the end of lease cycles.
Responsible for working with locations around the globe to track PC assets and procurement of new PCs and disposal of old PCs and peripherals.
Must not waiver from and must follow directions and policies dictated by ADSL management.
Work as a member of the Client Infrastructure team in IT and support users in a local corporate environment and remotely.
Client asset management and reporting.

Serve as IT hardware asset management subject matter expert.
Optimize usage and cost of IT hardware deployments.

Operations Program Specialist
The Operations Program Specialist will manage Kingston’s strategic accounts and programs including the setup of new programs and maintenance of ongoing business activities for our OEM or Data Center customers. The individual in this position will evaluate customer requests, coordinate with internal departments for the feasibility and cost of new projects, and manage project timelines through implementation. Plan and schedule materials to meet customer orders; monitor and expedite manufacturing flow; team with Engineering personnel to explore more efficient methods of production flow. In addition to the following Essential Functions, perform other related work as required.
- Manage inventory by analyzing the demand trend, run rate, product life cycles, and market conditions to ensure conservative inventory levels.
- Replenish inventory when needed by coordinating with manufacturing sites in Asia.
- Coordinate fulfillment of Sales Orders and Sample orders.
- Oversee production flow of products through Quality Control, Testing, Quality Assurance, Packaging, Finished Goods, and Shipping Departments; ensure fluidity of production flow and expedite orders as needed to meet customer schedules.
- Coordinate with QA, Engineers and Asia counterparts to ensure everything is in place for release of new products to mass production.
- Explore methods to improve manufacturing efficiency by actively communicating with Business Managers, Sales and Production Departments.
- Work in conjunction with engineers to determine product release timing, assess flexibility and compatibility of manufacturing flow processes, and troubleshoot manufacturing flow issues.
- Act as liaison between customers and internal departments (Sales, Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Finance, and Production) in planning, coordinating and managing customer programs and projects.
- Process orders, provide delivery status to customers, resolve inquiries that may include, but not limited to technical questions, RMA’s, shipping discrepancies.
- Coordinate availability of raw materials and production builds as required by the business demands.
- Perform feasibility and cost analyses, and analyze profitability of programs.
- Generate customer reports and manage special requirements.
- Identify problems and initiate processes for improvement.
- Two to three years experience in Production Planning or Project Management.
- Experience in a technology manufacturing company with global operations is preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, qualification processes and Bill of Material (BOM) structures.
