JOB SUMMARY: Prepare paperboard for cutter as needed, assist pressman on cutter as needed. They understand and align business operations and the Department as he/she executes their role to exceed customer expectations and align with GPI business, cultural, financial and operational objectives.

Machine Operator Steel Cutting Department
Responsible for work in different areas of shop. Package sheet/trim materials. Move finished materials to trucks with cranes & forklifts.
Overhead crane and forklift experience a plus.
Mechanically inclined. Crane Operators & Loaders: are responsible for loading trucks, using overhead crane and forklifts using order set verification.
Must be able to lift at least 60 lbs.
Must be able to work at heights over 5'10".
Warehouse background, Crane skills, and Forklift Skills are very helpful.
Press Rollforming Operators: Operate 21 foot Jorns Press Break for light gauge steel. Read blue prints and set up special parts for production.
1-3 years Jorns or similar press experience required.
Must be able to read Blueprints.
Ability to read tape measure to sixteenths.

Cutting Table Operator (Machine Operator)
POSITION SUMMARY :
You will operate a cutting machine with plasma or flame and bevel sides of steel plates using the beveling machine. This is the first step of building a tower section.
As a Cutting Table Operator, you must be able to :
Operate a cutting machine (plasma cutting table)
Bevel all sides of steel plates using the beveling machine
Position steel plates on the cutting table using the vacuum plate lifter
Remove scrap from the plates
Grind the plates as needed
Verify thickness, dimensions and quality of steel plate surface
Record information on the follow-up files

As a Plasma Cutting Operator, you'll operate manual and automatic thermal cutting equipment to trim formed heads to dimensions, contour, and bevel requirements as specified by blueprints, layouts, work orders and templates.

Job Description: Summary
Responsible for the day to day operating, monitoring, and repair of glass cutting machines in line with auto glass packing equipment and ultrasonic washers. The associate must be able to work both independently and as a team member and actively communicate with others to include workplace teams.

Perform manual and machine operator tasks related to the set-up, maintenance and operations of the Bobst Die Cutter. Responsible for the safety of crew, quantitative and qualitative die cutter performance.
Job Duties/ Responsibilities:
Make-ready, adjust and run job as efficiently as possible to meet safety and productivity standards.
Examine job order to determine quantity to be cut, stock specifications and special die cutting instructions
Examine cutting dies for visual defects and apply correcting solution to repair minor defects
