Under general supervision is responsible for spooling and banding electrical power cable utilized on electrical submersible pump(ESP) systems in coordinated effort and procedure with installation engineer and rig operators
Spools cable onto cable reel as the tubing is being pulled out of the well. Bands cable onto tubing as the down unit and tubing are being run into the well
Maintains cable service truck and trailer, performs daily inspections to ensure compliance with Department of Transportation(DOT) regulations. May be called upon to assist with training new Cable Installation employees
Proper completion of Department of Transportation(DOT) log books, Department of Transportation(DOT) inspection forms, and turn in for office records. Proficiently performs equipment lay downs as requested by customers and completes paperwork
Completes daily time sheet. Conducts field analysis and tests cable strings after they have come out of the well
The ability to collect information during testing and inspection to provide customers with recommendations on equipment or cable status
Quickly adjusts to changing job assignments/requirements and the flexibility to work overtime with little or no advance notice
High School diploma or equivalent
1+ years of experience with Electrical Submersible Pumps(ESP)
1+ years of mechanical experience
Ability to perform frequent travel in the field

Under direct supervision of the Leadership, the purpose of the position is to provide excellent customer service and assistance to patients/customers. Colleagues in this classification perform sales and customer service work. Sr. Plaster/Metal Frame & Drywall Estimator
The Senior Plaster/Drywall/Metal frame Estimator is responsible for evaluating plaster, drywall & metal bid specifications and drawings, ensuring that client know everything required to successfully bid and win the project. The position must aggressively follow-up with clients/GC as needed for information gathering. They must then accurately perform take offs based on knowledge of material and labor rates, specifications, and production rates.
The Senior Estimator reports to the General Manager/Chief executive. The Field Superintendents (Plaster, Frame/Drywall/Tape, or General) reports to the Site Project Manager.
A background in high-end residential construction is essential as is knowledgeable in bidding commercial projects.
Candidate must be punctual, arrive prepared, have strong leadership skills and are able to oversee the performance and day-to-day activities of direct reports. Multi-tasking is integral to working well with all personnel and outside contacts to satisfy clients and achieve company goals. Must have OST & Quickbid full technical skills; Excel & QuickBooks knowledge is extremely helpful.
- Estimate and bid residential and commercial projects by reading the plans, scope and specifications to the fullest
- Research and gather data to fully understand project specifications
- Build and maintain ongoing and up to date knowledge of material costs, labor costs and production rates
- Perform take offs electronically with OST Quick-Bid/or purpose-built estimating systems
- Process change order requests
- Work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents and Foremen; provide job information as necessary

Advanced Powertrain And Engine Systems Lead - Body On Frame
This position is for an experienced Engine Systems Design Engineer who will be responsible for establishing the design and layout of powertrain and engine systems for both the under hood and underbody areas of new programs for all new body-on-frame vehicle programs. This includes the establishment of powertrain position, development of induction, fuel, cooling, electrical and exhaust systems, as well as, the routing of wires lines and hoses to support those systems. The designs must meet future regulatory, customer and competitive requirements. The Architecture Engineers will work with the Engine Systems and Powertrain advance Project Responsibles and Technical Leads to maximize standardization and use of best practices and lessons learned. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Ensuring that the CAD geometry on the advance and pre-production is correct, all open items are properly documented and tracked, and the correct CAD versions are released at the required steps
Translating strategic and functional objectives into technical requirements and integrating them into vehicle designs during the program planning phase (concept to program approval)
Benchmarking of competitive vehicles, creating & analyzing alternative design concepts and assuring system and components packaging
Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from an ABET accredited or equivalent program
Five years of relevant engineering experience

Architecture Chief Engineer - Body On Frame
The Architecture Chief Engineer (ACE) is responsible for truck body on frame programs and all platform derivatives. The ACE is responsible for establishing technical solutions that satisfy the complex functional requirements of the vehicle based on balancing the engineering, customer, and business requirements. Responsibilities include the architectural design, development and validation from start concept to CAD Step C with stewardship throughout the product lifecycle. This activity includes leading a cross functional matrix team to ensure that the architecture complies with the following activities: benchmarking, innovation, standardization, commonality strategy, vehicle demand energy, architecture efficiency, and target setting. In accordance with the program requirements the ACE is responsible for achieving cost, weight, and performance with specific focus on NVH, vehicle dynamics, safety, regulatory, and quality targets. Activities include concept development, virtual and physical validation, architecture proof of concept builds, architecture book content, prep for product committee actions, and leading a smooth transition od design at step C.
This role requires a demonstrated ability to lead a group of peers to achieve the technical deliverables assigned with the program metrics and timing with the flexibility to adjust or change direction and priority as needed to support program and vehicle team requirements. The ACE must also have strong presentation skills with an emphasis on simplifying complex issues into a clear message for senior management to absorb and act on.
