Position: INITIAL PROCESSOR - BURN LEVEL II

Reports to:
Manufacturing Supervisor
Essential Functions:
Proficient at setup and adjusting process parameters on one or more pieces of CNC burner equipment.
Reads and interprets component part drawings and uses simple tools, (tape rule, straight-edge, protractor, etc.) to confirm attainment of dimensional tolerance.
Cutting programs are established by others but operators are expected to select proper cutting tips, nozzles, etc. and to efficiently operate same to achieve specified dimensions with excellent quality without requiring excessive slag removal.
Will truck, handle or position material.
Every employee is expected to:
Complete all required paperwork including labor reporting and documentation of quality control and material movement.
Work safely and maintain the work area with high standards of housekeeping.
Perform self-inspection and other required quality control functions at the employee's work station.
Perform required Preventive Maintenance activities on machinery and/or equipment operated.
Train and/or assist in the development of personnel.
Do the work in lower levels when assigned, and assist in the work in higher levels.
Perform other duties as assigned by Supervision.
Qualifications:

Frame Joiner
The Frame Joiner is responsible for the joining and assembly of wall décor and custom frames. This position works in a team environment to accomplish the common goal of producing and assembling wall décor and custom frames for distribution. Employees will be trained in multiple disciplines including but not limited to: identifying various types of frame molding, accurate joining of frame molding, assembling and joining of frames, and production of wall décor and custom frames. Employees must be dependable, have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work at a fast pace.

Position Summary:
Reporting to the Team Lead, the Burns Table Operator is responsible for operating multi-head Plasma/Oxy-Fuel ESAB Burn Table. This position works with fabrication, assembly and machine shop as well as planning and engineering departments, and is located in Portland Oregon.

Key Accountabilities:
Review job orders; bring in the required material to the shop from the warehouse.
Operate multi-head CNC controlled Plasma/Oxy-Fuel ESAB Burn Table.
Operate over head crane in a safe manner in accordance with company safety protocols.
Organize paperwork to ensure jobs are completed as per company standards.
Work with the Burn Table Programmer to maximize plate usage for the highest efficiency.
Perform scheduled (daily, weekly and monthly) preventative maintenance in the workstation/ work area.
Operate forklift to bring the completed job orders to other departments when required.
Coordinate with fabrication, assembly and machine shop as well as planning and engineering departments.
Log in and scan job orders into a computer system when required.
Assist the Team Lead in warehouse organization (6S), lean manufacturing, productivity improvements, and maintaining key metrics in the overall performance.
Adhere to all safety, health and environmental procedures, policies and practices and report any potential hazards.
Attend meetings and training as required.
Any other duties assigned that fall within the employee's capabilities.
Minimum Education/Experience/ Skills requirements:
High school Diploma or foreign equivalent.

CNC Plasma Table Operator
The Kelly Group is seeking an experienced CNC Plasma Table Operator for its Lafayette, Indiana, location. Ideal candidates should have some experience operating a CNC cutting machine (laser, plasma or oxyfuel).

GENERAL SUMMARY:
Responsible for the management of all employees in the effective planning and implementation of all store processes, including ordering, receiving, stocking, presentation, selling, staffing and support.
DUTIES and ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Manage Frame's commercial cloud infrastructure to include account creation, service limits and access configuration, and infrastructure operational issues (e.g., insufficient capacity, performance issues, etc.)
Manage Frame's Government Edition Platform to include automated deployment tools, maintaining development, staging and production environments, general maintenance, domain and SSL management, and configuration management documentation for all deployments
Configure and manage system monitoring and alerting infrastructure, implement and execute incident response processes, provide on-call rotation for all levels of incident response, and implement and maintain processes for issue escalation to engineering/security teams
Drive capacity and cost management by working with account owners on system usage forecasting to maintain optimal configurations for the Frame infrastructure
Support Frame's security team by implementing required policies, providing monitoring/analysis for Incident and Event Management (SIEM) system, ensuring vulnerability management and assessment policies/procedures are followed, and managing the successful execution and documentation of security tools and capabilities
Support IT/System integration by owning all system issues that go beyond customer support, maintaining core platform images, solving end-user issues, performing user account configuration tasks, and assisting sales engineers/solution architects with technical integration projects (e.g., VPN integrations, custom IaaS configurations, etc.)
Perform operational reporting by providing weekly uptime status reports, coordinating incident response to ensure appropriate documentation and communication of issues, and building weekly summaries to defined partners
Minimum Qualifications
Need to possess and maintain a TS/SCI Security Clearance with full scope poly
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
8-10 years of related experience in IT Operations/Support/Administration
Solid experience administering high-transaction production platforms running on Linux (CentOS 7)
Familiarity with Windows Server 2016 and 2012 R2 configuration.
Working experience of the following programming languages: Python, Ruby/Rails, Java, Elixir
Experience with deployment automation using Ansible and Terraform
Working knowledge of AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
Preferred Qualifications
AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Developer, or AWS Certified Sys-Ops Administrator certifications.
Familiarity with the following: open-source database engines, message brokers, object caching systems, configuration management systems, distributed search engines, NGINX, AWS S3, and AWS Route53
