Position is based out of Louisville, KY and does require travel to assist with repairs of railroad track equipment. A company truck is provided for travel with this position.
This position is expected to:
Diagnose and repair mechanical issues with various types of equipment;
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment;
perform both minor and major repairs;
be knowledgable in hydraulic systems on heavy equipment
A minimum of 3-5 years experience in a position that required repair to various types of heavy equipment such as: back hoes, skid steers, dump trucks, etc...
Skills, Licenses, Certification, and/or Special Training:
- Must maintain a valid state driver's license if required to operate company equipment.
