Position Description Under the direction of the immediate supervisor, the incumbent provides a variety of quality maintenance for Precinct 2. Performs the duties below; other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary.
Performs guard duties and traffic control.
Performs all routine, non-technical maintenance as assigned, including: painting, cleaning buildings, restrooms, power washing, sweeping, watering plants, etc.
Checks all heavy load trucks and trailers for hazardous materials, unsafe loads, height, weight, requirements, etc.
Assists with vehicle accident reports in and around tunnel area.

Ensure products are placed and stacked correctly between selection and reserve location, and product is available for letdowns in the pick rotation or available for selection and shipment accordingly. Work with warehouse supervisor and review Warehouse Management System (WMS) to determine and troubleshoot product location issues and inaccuracies. Operate power industrial equipment such as a forklift, long-tongued electric pallet jack, high-extender high-lift and other moving equipment (i.e., walkers). Lift products weighing between 30-60 lbs. frequently and products weighing up to 75 lbs. occasionally, while ensuring and maintaining a safe work environment.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by properly disposing of pallet boards, wood chips, and other trash, etc. and ensuring any spills are cleaned up quickly and according to safety guidelines. Conduct inspections of powered industrial equipment as required, using a safety checklist, to ensure such equipment is in good working order. Report damage products and quality issues and notify supervisor of out-of-stock or low volume product(s). Participate in product selection, put-away and rotation of products and perform other duties as assigned.

Lead Tunnel Design Engineer
We are seeking a Lead Tunnel Design Engineer to join our successful tunnel engineering group that performs feasibility, design, field engineering, and construction management services on multiple projects with construction values typically less than $5 million. The engineer will typically be involved with the same project from feasibility study through construction. The engineer will work in association with Condor’s Principal Tunneling Consultant and tunnel group staff, and will be responsible for design and field engineering of tunnel excavation and stabilization works, reinforced concrete/shotcrete lining, passive and active anchors, portal structures, soil nails, and other structural elements of tunnels. The successful candidate will be expected to communicate effectively with owners, designers, consultants, contractors and co-workers. The senior engineer will prepare proposals and occasionally assist with business development. Other duties may include soil/rock slope engineering and stabilization.
The Lead Tunnel Design Engineer will primarily:
- Direct, supervise and occasionally perform field work including site investigation and construction monitoring
