The Front End Mechanic is responsible for the setup adjusting repairing maintaining and overhaul of front end related equipment.
Understands and complies with position related safety SOPs and work instructions especially for LockoutTagout, Chemical Handling, Machine Guarding, Housekeeping, SQF and Personal Protective Equipment.
Rebuild, repair, or overhaul types of frontend can manufacturing and other equipment.
Modify, remove, install, adjust, synchronize, make, or repair equipment or parts as required. This could include large presses and dies, deep drawing and trimming equipment, transfer equipment, various electrical and mechanical control devices.
Instruct, train, and certify other equipment mechanics as directed.
Make proper diagnosis, adjustment, repair, and set up of assigned equipment.
Read and interpret computer information system reports; work from verbal or written instructions to determine need for and plan repair, overhaul, setup, and operation required on types of manufacturing and other types of equipment.
Determine specifications for inspection of work and using full range of precision measuring and gauging tools perform required inspection before, during, and after rebuild repair or overhaul.
Determine and make most efficient setup and operate machine tools, taking into consideration such things as type of material tolerances to be held, types of cutting tools, coolants, lubricants, and machine tool speeds and feeds.
Exhibit a thorough knowledge of machines and mechanical principles involved in the repair and overhaul work, including timing, synchronizing, and aligning the mechanical action so that, under power, the assemblies are mechanically coordinated.
Set up and test can manufacturing and other equipment under power testing for mechanical difficulties, tracing to their source and correcting.
Operate, clear jams, lubricate, clean, and add, as required, necessary direct and indirect materials to equipment to keep operational.
Mechanically inclined, familiar with hand tools
Familiar with proper handling of chemicals and solvents.
Minimum of 5+ years previous mechanical, fast-paced, manufacturing experience preferred
High School diploma or equivalent required

Front End Manager
Responsible for Front End operations and personnel. This position oversees the daily operations of the department to ensure that all Front End employees provide excellent customer service, maintain store cleanliness, achieve positive operating results & objectives for labor/sales goals, promote City Market/ORC, and ensure accurate cash handling & cash control to support department financial objectives. Supervises employees and is responsible for hiring, coaching, development, performance evaluation, and corrective action for department employees, in accordance with Co-op policies, and sound business practices.
Maintain and improve standards and ensure training for prompt, friendly, helpful customer service from Front End staff.

Service - Front End Manager
The Service Manager is responsible for the overall customer satisfaction in the store. Additionally, the Service Manager manages the front-end operations of an assigned store with oversight of the entire store, and fills in for the Store Manager, Perishable Manager, or Non-Perishable Manager in their absence. Front End Loader
Job Summary: This is a skilled position involving the safe and efficient operation of a Front End Loader in a Pit.
The successful candidate for this role should be an experienced operator who can drive/operate loader. Job includes operating loader to load haul trucks, load customers trucks and stockpile. May include operating other heavy equipment, general work around the pit operation and other duties as assigned.
-This position requires a valid Driver's License.
5 years of prior work experience preferred working in or around heavy equipment, mineral sand and gravel, construction or asphalt.
Knowledge of weight requirements of loads leaving the pit.
Must be able to load trucks to specific weights.
- Ability to follow instructions, maintain good housekeeping around the mining site. Duties and/or
-Front End Loader Operator operates front-mounted hydraulically powered bucket to lift and transport bulk materials to and from storage or processing areas.
Heavy Mining Front End Loader Operator performs assignments outlined by supervisors and standard procedures are followed in the performance of duties. Ensures work is inspected periodically for safety and economy.
Maintains equipment in proper working order.
Maintains an effective system of communications with supervisors, drivers and crew, laborers and operators, and customers serviced.
Performs all duties in a safe manner and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Loads bins to ensure appropriate stock levels and load haul trucks while maintaining safe area for stock piling and customer load out.
