Lineman Appr 2 Yr - General Servicer
Assist in the installation, rearrangement, maintenance, operation, removal and inspection of electrical transmission and distribution facilities. Drive and operate line trucks and associated auxiliary equipment.
The following list sets forth the principal duties required for the job family. This list is not intended to limit assignment of work or the degree of supervision under all operating conditions. Employee may perform miscellaneous, related, and incidental work in addition to that specifically outlined below.
Opens and closes switches and installs grounding devices to lines and equipment. May climbs poles and/or ride in bucket to install or repair wires, arms, insulators or other hardware on poles. Install and repair underground facilities such as cable, transformers, potheads and pedestals.
Installs pole hardware and such auxiliary equipment as transformers, lightning arresters, switches, fuses and insulators, using hand tools and mechanical devices. May cover energized lines with rubber goods to facilitate safe handling of high-voltage lines without interrupting service. Uses insulated poles (hot sticks) fitted with mechanically or hydraulically operated grasping and crimping tools and/or rubber gloves and sleeves to perform energized line work. Perform similar or less skilled work as assigned.
Under direct supervision, perform work pertaining to disconnecting, reconnecting, removing, installing and testing single-phase and three-phase kilowatt-hour and demand meters up to 260 volts; work delinquent accounts; read meters; investigate irregular readings, energy diversion, and inactive usage; contact customers, test, inspect, maintain, service, pack and transport measurement equipment and other equipment as assigned, and perform associated duties. .
1.Disconnect and reconnect electrical service to customer, as directed, by removal or installation of single and three-phase kilowatt-hour meters or combination demand meters not to exceed 260 volts, for service orders, credit action, inactive usage, or as otherwise directed.
2.Install, remove, connect, and disconnect all self-contained single-phase and three phase meters and services and repair such installations.
3.Remove, install, change out or test single and three-phase kilowatt-hour or demand meters to provide or maintain service to the customer.
4.Assist in the investigation of energy diversion. Appear in court hearings as needed.
5.Initiate investigation orders relating to customer service and bill information. Prepare service applications and discontinuance orders in field as necessary.
6.Read billing meters as may be assigned.
7.Perform other duties as assigned.
8.Perform similar or less skilled work as assigned.

SUMMARY OF MAJOR FUNCTIONS
Under general supervision of the Real Estate Loan Manager, in accordance with established policies, procedures and regulations, performs all aspects of servicing the credit union's real estate loan portfolio including portfolio loans, HELOC's and loans sold on the secondary market. Regularly communicates with members, insurance companies and taxing authorities and various vendors. Resolves any problems or issues relating to mortgage loan servicing with members and or Vendors.

Pay Interest on Escrow accounts
Run Insurance Batch Posting for Mortgage Insurance Vendor: ARCH and UGI
Assist with the -process of Mortgage Insurance claims
Review and change addresses in the Mortgage Software- FICS
New Mortgage Onboarding Dual Verification
One year in Real Estate Loan Servicing or two years of related experience.

Light Rail Servicer (Rail Cleaner)
Under direct supervision of LRV Supervision, the LRV Servicer will clean and service METRO Light Rail Vehicles, Rail Facility and Rail components in a safe, efficient and timely manner.
Position Hours: 7:30 pm - 4:00 am
Responsibilities and Specific Duties
Clean Light Rail Vehicles to include flooring, windows, passenger seats, operator cabs, interior panels, lighting fixtures, return air grills and vehicle ducting.
Checks and maintain appropriate levels of washer fluid and sand.
Performs detailed cleaning on Light Rail Vehicle and components as required.
Cleans and scrubs Rail Facility to include floors, pits and wash racks as assigned.
Responsible for safe handling of yard scrubbing equipment, shop scrubbers, forklifts and other specialized equipment.
Dispose of trash, debris and other material as assigned.
Operates METRO Rail non-revenue vehicles as required.
Works in a team environment to complete necessary cleaning in a timely manner.
Maintains a safe clean work environment.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications/ Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum two (2) years of stable work experience. Experience in building maintenance services preferred.
Valid Texas Drivers License required. Must obtain and maintain yard safety certification. Good (verbal and written) communication skills are essential. Able to complete/fill-out written reports, records and forms.
A Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check is required prior to the placement of any individual in a position that requires the operation of a METRO revenue or non-revenue vehicle on behalf of METRO:

Invalid, suspended, or revoked driver's license
Conviction of driving under the influence (DUI) or driving while intoxicated (DWI) within the preceding three (3) years
2 or more DUI or DWI convictions with no time limit.

Injection Molding Specialist (Technical Associate II)
The Injection Molding Specialist (Manufacturing Technician) will be responsible for mold set up, start up, and operation of Injection Molding Machines and ancillary equipment in support of a high volume injection molding operation. The incumbent will also be responsible for mold cleaning and basic service and repair of ancillary equipment. The qualified individual will be trained to install, repair, and maintain injection molding equipment, including machine leveling, end of arm tooling, conveyer repairs, and general preventative maintenance of equipment.
This position is for the Grave Shift; 10PM-06:30 AM Sunday-Thursday.
This position will be in support of a high volume injection molding operation.
The incumbent will be responsible for packaging, degating, and inspection of molded parts in an efficient manner and in accordance with approved procedures.
The duties will be performed both in and out of a clean room environment.
The qualified individual will ensure that minimal production losses are made through timely communication of issues to the supervisor and will work in strict accordance to approved production and quality procedures.
Will work around injection molding machines and must ensure that safe working practices are followed.
This position requires the use personal protective equipment and clean room gowns.

Sets-up and operates all Spinning, Injection Molding and Compression Molding machines and related equipment
