Assist professional nursing personnel in providing nursing care and simple technical nursing services under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse.
What you will responsible for:
Gives general care such as bathing, dressing, shampooing of hair, nail trimming, cleaning of teeth, hair care, and shaving of residents or assists residents to do their own care within limitation.
Responsible for making and changing beds.
Attends to resident's personal hygiene needs as required. May assist residents to and from the bathroom and give bed pan.
Serves meals to residents and assists those who cannot feed themselves or need assistance with their meals. Records food and fluid intake per policy and procedures.
Performs personal care and services to meet individual resident needs and preferences.
Communicates to enhance dignity and respect.
Answers call lights as required, keeping in mind that employees must respond to all calls regardless of who has immediate responsibility for the resident.
Reports any change of condition or unusual findings to the unit nurse per policy and procedures.
Applies aseptic technique in all resident care. Follows Universal Precautions.
Assists in transfer maneuvers, using proper body mechanics and gait belts per policy.
Documents required residents' information as outlined by the facility policy and procedures.
Checks and records vitals and weight on a regular basis following established policy or at the request of the unit nurse or at own discretion if the need exists.
Carries out restorative nursing measures.
Attends staff education, training and other required meetings.
Follows the Nurse Aide Standards of Practice.
Follows the resident care plan and communicates with the nurse about changes.
May come in contact with blood and other infectious body fluids.
Other duties and responsibilities that may be required by the unit nurse.

The incumbent supervises inmate workers in the operations of the UNICOR factory’s laundry and clothing room. The factory is a service oriented facility, providing a diverse range of laundry services.
These services include: laundry, dry cleaning, sewing, alterations, and embroidery.Incumbent is responsible for the supervision of the daily operation of large capacity digital or computerized laundry equipment and the preventive maintenance and repairs required to maintain equipment in accordance with Bureau policy and safety regulations. The incumbent will be responsible for the ordering and purchasing of all material/equipment needed to perform assigned projects.Along with all other correctional institution employees, incumbent is charged with responsibility for maintaining security of the institution. Our team is currently seeking a skilled professional to support Production and Hydraulic Press Operator for our fast-paced refractory brick operation in York, PA. Our successful team members are self-starters who can work independently without direct supervision. This position runs a heavy tonnage hydraulic press and robotic system that supports the brick manufacturing process. The presses are the first step in creating our molded brick products.
$21.00/HR + $1.50 shift/$1.60 weekend differential
Following a probationary period, our team members can test into advanced pay levels where the average pay for a Production position is: $24.36 + differentials = approx. $55,000/yr
2nd shift or 3rd shift positions are available; our schedules require some scheduled work during weekends.
Work safely in a heavy industrial facility when performing brick processing work. Heavy physical labor is required in this department and safety is our first priority.
Operate heavy tonnage hydraulic press including setting die/mold in place properly, follow press set up instructions carefully and accurately, ensure robotic systems are set up and in good working order, and perform scheduled preventative maintenance on the press or robotic systems as instructed.
Safely maintain a constant rate of production and alert other departments if there is a need for shut down, delay or maintenance on the press.
Follow charts, schedules, data sheets and instructions carefully and accurately for production orders, product specifications, maintenance, systems checks, quality guidelines and data entry into our electronic production management system.
Accurately record production completion times, piece counts, brick weights, and delay times for each shift.

Machine Operator Hardener Operator
Perform various duties to operate horizontal electric controlled atmosphere furnaces, vertical heat treating equipment for continuous hardening and tempering various sizes, following prescribed standard methods, practices and procedures. Work from coil identification tags, specifications, various charts, tables, established procedures, written or verbal instructions. Use micrometers, vernier calipers, overhead electric hoists, hand electric truck, various furnace speed and temperature controls and direct reading instruments, Set-ups require threading of leader through furnace, adjustments to speeds, tensions, air flow, oven temperatures, water temperature and pressure to achieve prescribed operating conditions. Calibrate induction heating unit periodically.
Check all coil ID tags for correct specifications and to assure completion of previous operations. Set feed rate and check speed with stop watch. Use overhead hoist to place coil on play out table. Join start of new coil to end of preceding coil by resistance butt welding for continuous operation. Check direct reading instruments for temperature and monitor nitrogen atmosphere make up. As necessary, make adjustments to air jets, induction coils, etc. Cut section from each coil and check teeth and gullet for visual defects. Use vernier caliper to check stretch against reference chart. Secure hardened coils with wire and place on tempering rack. Fill out all appropriate coil / temper tickets and travelers. Transport full racks to tempering area.
Detect and report defective or unsafe equipment and materials, as well as unusual situations.
Observe and obey all safety rules, practices and procedures.

STATEMENT OF JOB
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, responsible to provide supervision to production employees in department(s) including work scheduling and assignment, employee training, ensuring production quality and quantity requirements are met, administering safety, communication and equipment maintenance, administrative duties include eTime labor verifications, and SAP transactions. This position requires Associates placed in the position to successfully complete specific training. These training requirements can be located on the Marinette Operations Training Matrix.

Be a coach to others who are acting unsafely
Must have Lock-out tags after 6 months?
Attend and participate in all hazardous and non-hazardous waste trainings.
Ability to recognize chemical hazardous labels.
Spill management and clean-up.
Air shutoff locations.
Capability to follow satellite accumulation rules and requirements.
Proficiency to recognize hazardous wastes in your area and manage properly.
Must be 18 years of age and have a HS Diploma or equivalent. Preference given to candidates possessing post-secondary education in manufacturing or relevant business related coursework. 3 – 5 years experience on a manufacturing environment.
1.Must possess creativity/adaptability to successfully manage Department to effectively address changing business conditions and to achieve objectives.
2.Must provide effective supervision of assigned employees to achieve desired results. Attributes necessary to meet this need may include communications, motivation, team building, employee involvement, diplomacy, delegating, etc. skills as well as confidence and enthusiasm.
3.Must possess thorough and relevant manufacturing knowledge.
4.Position requires occasional exercise of decision making, problem solving, policy or procedure interpretation and facilitation skills.
5.Ability to handle responsibilities with effective interpersonal skills and to effectively interface with others inside and outside the Company is required.
6.Position requires computer skills including Microsoft Word and ExceRP software; with SAP knowledge a plus.
7.May generally lead 15 to 30 employees.
8.Keep Production Supervisor informed of all pertinent information and developments.
9.Position requires extensive standing and walking as part of normal job duties.
10. Candidate must be skilled in nature in order to function in an environment where a variety of occupational skills may be required.
11. Position requires ability to work in a normal production plant environment.
12. Inventory monitoring, labor error corrections, correct negative messages, reject suspense, track part shortages, and update manufacturing schedules and e-time.
13. Will be responsible for monitory the process of incoming and outgoing inventory this will be accomplished by working with a designated planner.
14. Occasionally operates production equipment and tools.
15. Supplementary assistance to line operators.
16. Train employees in operation of equipment, as needed, in operation setup and trainer level proficiency.
17. Support to shift Production Supervisor in areas of production: scheduling, manpower planning and vacation planning.
18. Lead and support projects and assignments as assigned by Production Supervisor.
19. Raw material CNS planning, parts procurement, staging and line support; with the support of SAP tools.
