What You Will Do:
Provides quality fumigation services for local clients, including but not limited to import and export commodities, shipping containers, vessels, and structural fumigations

We are seeking a service professional who enjoys building relationships, helping others, solving problems, and new challenges. In this position, you will help protect homes and the surrounding environment from unwanted insects using state-of-the-art technology. The ideal candidate is independent, confident, and customer-oriented with good time management skills, strong communication ability, and a desire to help promote environmental health and safety.
Provide corrective and preventive termite control and moisture control services to assigned customers. Drive assigned company vehicle to customer location. Unload tools and equipment from the vehicle. Spread sand snakes around the perimeter of the building. Disconnect telephone cables, etc. from building; trim shrubbery, etc. to gain necessary clearance to the structure. Inspect the roof surface and install padding on corners and sharp edges. Cover and secure vent openings, stacks and chimneys. Deliver tarps to the roof. Spread tarps. Secure tarp seams and install necessary clamps. Place sand snakes on base of tarp at ground level. Complete and attach necessary warning notices to exterior of tarps. Position gas cylinders and related equipment. After completion of fumigation, remove clamps and sand snakes and break tarp seams. Remove tarp from roof of structure. Roll tarps and return to vehicle. Collect, clean, repair and load equipment on vehicle. Achieve assigned service performance objectives. Complete and attach necessary warning notices to exterior of tarps. Position gas cylinders and related equipment. After completion of fumigation, remove clamps and sand snakes and break tarp seams. Remove tarp from roof of structure. Roll tarps and return to vehicle. Collect, clean, repair and load equipment on vehicle. Achieve assigned service performance objectives. Complete other duties as assigned.

Positions allocable to this class typically work under the direction of a Senior Weed Abatement Worker, Pest Control Worker, or a higher-level supervisor and work as a weed or pest abatement crew member. This responsibility includes performing manual labor involving the removal of flammable vegetation and debris from properties declared to be a nuisance and controlling or eradicating noxious weeds and vertebrate pests by mechanical or chemical means.
Assignments require positions to utilize both hand held tools and portable power equipment such as chainsaws and weed eaters in the removal of vegetation or debris, lift heavy loads of debris into dump trucks or compactors, and follow applicable safety procedures and regulations when applying pesticides such as poison baits and fumigants for pest eradication or control. Positions in this class receive instruction in and are expected to learn and comply with safe operating practices and procedures, departmental safety regulations, CAL-OSHA regulations, and Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) guidelines for use of safety equipment, protective devices, herbicide/pesticide applications, special clothing, etc.
Essential Job Functions
Cuts and removes flammable grasses, weeds, brush and debris; lifts heavy loads of brush cuttings and debris into a stake side dump truck or compactor; uses hand tools (i.e., combination hoe/rake, shovels) and portable power equipment (i.e., chainsaws, weed eaters, blowers); performs routine maintenance of portable power equipment, including cleaning and ensuring proper functioning; observes, identifies, and documents pest infestations; sets traps and puts out poison bait for the control of various types of vertebrate pests under the supervision of a Qualified Applicator Certificate holder; treats rodent burrows with toxic fumigants under the supervision of a Qualified Applicator Certificate holder; treats public lands with insecticides to suppress flea infestations under the supervision of a Qualified Applicator Certificate holder; treats rights-of-ways or other areas under the supervision of a Qualified Application Certificate holder; demonstrates safe operating practices and procedures, departmental safety regulations, CAL-OSHA regulations, and Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) guidelines for use of safety equipment, protective devices, herbicide/pesticide applications, special clothing, etc.; makes minor repairs to application equipment; inspects buildings and grounds to locate and identify pest infestations; drives and operates vehicles such as, but not limited to, small to large pickup trucks, crew cab trucks, stake side trucks, vehicles with motorized spray equipment, trash compactors, etc. to various jobsite locations; cleans facilities or sites after performing work assignments; and documents work hours or activities.

Export Execution Analyst
Analyze export execution requirements for bulk vessel shipments to determine the most timely and efficient options for document issuance and receipt of payment from the buyer in accordance with U.S. and foreign regulations.
Analyze export contracts to define and identify export execution requirements.
Propose contract amendments to ensure alignment of USDA and country of destination regulations, export compliance and customer obligations.

Maintain export files in good order as per BNA Record Retention policy and in accordance of 15 CFR 762.6 and 30 CFR 501.601.
Active participant in industry working groups to review, evaluate and propose alternate solutions for changing fumigation requirements globally.
Regularly participate in continuing education classes and review industry guidelines to ensure skillsets are current and work activities are performed in compliance with regulatory changes.
Produce monthly metrics and/or KPI's to monitor export trends and analysis by destination country.
Export execution activities should be performed in a manner that demonstrates support and compliance with Bunge's core values, key capabilities and high performance.

Pest Controller (Sca 99410) - RPM
The Pest Controller sprays chemical solutions or toxic gases and sets mechanical traps to kill pests that infest buildings and surrounding areas.
Duties and Responsibilities:
This worker fumigates rooms and buildings using toxic gases, sprays chemical solutions or dusts powders in rooms and work areas, places poisonous paste or bait and mechanical traps where pests are present; and may clean areas that harbor pests, using rakes, brooms, shovels, and mops preparatory to fumigating
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
High School Diploma or Equivalent is preferred. This position requires knowledge of pest management techniques. Requires knowledge of the use of insecticides, herbicides, and rodenticides as specified by the USEPA.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in this field and must have all applicable licenses and certification as required by the Government and the State.

This is an hourly position
- This position offers an exciting opportunity for a utility II in Sanitation department of Rice Mill.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Fumigation of product
Monitor master cleaning schedule of all departments
Enforcement of all ADM policies and procedures
Assist in completing JSA's

This position relates to processing of import and export shipments of auto parts at the Dana Global Trade Center in support of Dana's manufacturing and global supply chain. The Operation Shift Supervisor-Packaging Specialist performs various functions in the warehouse relating to operations.
Duties and responsibilities
Oversees all packaging on inbound and outbound material
Communicates with all suppliers and carriers on all packaging issues and advising packaging improvements.
Manages OS&D ( Over ship
Calls in carrier reps to review and resolve issues.
Takes Pictures, Files Claims, and Follows-up daily.
Document all issues / Supplier, carrier, other, chart issues and report out in the morning meetings
Coordinate Fumigation / Report non-fume to suppliers or carrier if repacked by carrier.
Performs all Facilities Management Duties
Responsible for contacting vendors for all building and equipment maintenance.
Assist Contractors with Installation/Setup of new equipment (i.e.: lights, boards, scrubber)
Assist with IT Programming of computer equipment, computers, scan guns and printers.
Coordinate dock maintenance and weekly cleaning.
Perform end of day check of dock plates, doors & tracks, and wheel chocks
Manages Special Projects for Plant Manager
Assists Quality Assurance Manager on any quality issues.
Performs Quality inspection sorts, and rework as required.
Trains new employees on Material Handling and Shipping and Receiving Processes
Acts as back-up Warehouse Supervisor as needed.
Assists Warehouse Supervisor in managing drivers in and out, confirm driver sign in, and send them to appropriate door/location.
Perform daily random audits of wheel chocking.
Manages and oversee all repack duties
Work receiving dock as needed, help unload, scan, label, put away.
Help Warehouse Supervisor update pack-sheets as parts come in.
Follow up with carriers when hot shipments are due.
Help coordinate and audit air shipments.
Maintain inventory of shipping & receiving supplies (i.e. stickers, labels, banding)
Must have excellent organization skills and be extremely detail-oriented and accurate
Must have the ability to prioritize, multi-task and work under tight deadlines
Must have a high energy level and be able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Must be highly motivated and be a strong team player, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
