Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate, attend, test, record and service power house equipment which includes gas and oil fired boilers, air compressors, cooling towers, chemical feed equipment, emergency standby generators, water softener system, as well as other related equipment.
Maintain operations in the Power House area in the event of a power outage and/or gas curtailment.
Operate compressors, boilers, standby power equipment and auxiliary equipment according to standard operating procedures.
Start up/shut down equipment as required to maximize energy efficiencies.
Perform PM and TPM on all Power House equipment as required.
Monitor & record the operation & condition of the compressor cooling tower, check/monitor the cooling system and the dehumidification system.
Utilize all designated safety practices including Lock Out/Tag Out, confined spaces, etc.
May be required to supervise and direct the activities of apprentices.
Must be willing to work rotating shifts.
Knowledge of standard tools hand tools
Knowledge of Chemical test lab equipment (not limited to the list)
Visual concentration required in controlling functions of equipment, reading basic meters and gauges and make normal PM type repairs to equipment
Attentive to details
Must hold a State of Ohio Low/High pressure boiler operator license
Ability to climb ladders, stairs, utilize lift equipment and work in confined spaces
Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule forms
Must have excellent communications skills
Must be a self starter and highly motivated
Must possess a high sense of safety awareness and engaged in a Safety First culture

The Laborer/Pump House Operator position is critical to the success of Ice road operations. Individuals are required to perform a vast variety of tasks as part of their daily work scope. The ability to follow instructions and guidelines is required. The ability to comply with state and federal policies is required, and is a condition of employment.
Essential Duties & Job Functions:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ensures a safe work environment.
Checks fuel/oil levels in pumps, vehicles. Keeps shafts/packings greased.

Duties will vary according to project needs, but may include: sitting in a truck monitoring operations; walking on icy surfaces; standing for prolonged periods; working and turning (opening and closing valves); chipping ice with an ice chipper. Places pools under engines. Handles valves and buttons.
Ability to work with basic hand tools.
Safe chain saw operations.
Help mechanics, and spill response personel in the performance of their duties.
Ability to safely operate vehicles on ice in an arctic environment.
Use measuring devices.
Set and replace delineators and lathe.
Often required to perform work outside in severe arctic weather
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to operate a Chainsaw
Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Ability to perform manual labor with a good knowledge of small hand tools, i.e., shovel, compactor, sledge hammer, pipe wrench, ice chipper, etc.
Familiar with pumps and multiple valve operations.
Good communication skills and knowledge of oilfield and construction safety practices are required.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and severe outside weather conditions. The use of safety eyewear is required in all working situations.

As a manager at this franchised Massage Envy location,* you're responsible for the successful operations of the franchised location.
Essential responsibilities include:
Overseeing and managing daily operations of the franchised location, ensuring that excellent service is consistently delivered to members and guests.
Assisting franchise owner in setting and achieving membership and retail sales and profitability goals and partnering with franchise owner to regularly monitor progress against goals.

Have a college degree (preferred).
Have previous management, marketing, and sales experience within a service or retail industry.

The House Manager monitors feed, water, equipment and temperature within facilities housing avian flocks; keeps egg house and equipment clean and sanitary; collects and sanitizes eggs. Ensures humane care during the life of the flock. Maintains biosecurity and follows all biosecurity procedures. Monitors flock health and reports concerns to manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Communicate regularly with the Farm Manager.
Keep house and equipment clean and sanitary.
Collect and sanitize eggs in order to provide clean SPF eggs for sale.
Responsible for basic maintenance.
Monitor flock for health issues and report concerns to Farm Manager.
Perform blood draws weekly.
Maintain biosecurity, and follow biosecurity regulations
Monitor and maintain feeders, waterers, medicators, house temperatures, bird weights and condition.
Assist in training new hires.
Ensure the humane care of the birds during all phases of the life cycle.
