Assembly Line Operator 2Nd Shift
The Assembly Line Operator will be expected to operate and maintain various types of manufacturing equipment/hand tools efficiently while complying with all safety, quality, and 5S/housekeeping standards.
Operate production equipment to produce or process parts in accordance with safety requirements in a fast pace enviroment
Inspect parts as instructed to ensure conformance to quality requirements.
Prepare any required documentation.
Process windhshild and learn different line tasks including molding, wiping, visual inspections and chemical application.
Inspect glass using visual quality standard, measurement gauges such as calipers, and optical comparator.
Maintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; informing supervisors and team leads when machinery needs repairs; and adhering to all safety procedures and regulations
Performs basic operation of equipment/machinery; inspect product and document results per work order/drawing requirements.
Runs production safely and consistently measuring all critical areas per sample lot size.
Utilize hand tools to polish and package all production in accordance with SOP
Maintains 5s work space before, during, and after each scheduled shift.
Role may include other supporting tasks as directed by the Production Supervisor or Lead
High School Diploma or GED required
1+ year prior experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
1+ year of previous experience using inspection equipment and following quality procedures preferred
1+year experience of assembly line operations preferred.
Familiarity with basic manufacturing equipment and hand tools
Experience working in a strong safety culture preferred
Safety and Physical Demands:
Physical demands include but are not limited to:
constant visual inspection, measuring/assembly in a fast pace enviroment
Receiving detailed information by nonverbal means.
Pushing pulling lifting up to 50 lbs.
Standing and walking for extended periods of time.
Working primary with fingers, repetitive motions, substantial movement the wrists, hands, and or fingers.
Dealing with constant equipment in motion.
Always wearing safety equipment, and dealing with high noise levels.
Hours are from 2:00PM-10:30PM

Collision Repair Center Polisher
Looking for a self-motivated individual that is looking for an hourly Polisher Position. This person is responsible for color sanding and polishing vehicles in accordance with factory and dealership quality specifications and time standards. Color sands, buffs, polishes, and glazes refinished body panels.
Examines finished surfaces of workpieces to verify conformance to specifications.
Retouches any defective areas.
Cleans surfaces of workpieces in preparation for coating, using cleaning fluids, solvents, brushes, scrapers, steam, sandpaper, or cloth.
Reviews refinished body panels with Refinish Technician, as needed.
Monitor painting operations in order to identify flaws such as blisters and streaks so that their causes can be corrected.
Achieves production objectives set by Management.
Maintains and wears all safety and health personal protective equipment, including respirator.
Complies with all laws and regulations pertaining to paint, thinners, and other hazrdous material.
Operates and uses all body shop equipment properly and safely.
Assists in all other areas of the CRC, as needed.
Maintains tools and equipment in a proper state of repair.
Maintains a high level of grooming, hygiene, and uniform appearance.
Maintains high ethical standards in all actions.
A high school diploma or equivalent;
A minimum of One (1) year experience
Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance related to vehicle replenishing; federal, state, and local regulations such as those governing the disposal of hazardous waste; and mathematical principles (adding, subtracting, dividing, multiplying and percentages) and application
Ability to operate manual transmission; pay attention to detail; determines cause of operating errors on a range of makes and models and decides what to do about it; determine the kind of tools and equipment needed to do the job; read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; and reads and comprehends instructions and information in the English language
Must have a valid driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
