The Warehouse Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of duties with respect to the operations of the warehouse, receiving, storing, and shipping material and products by performing the following duties.
Receive materials, products, merchandise, parts in the warehouse. Store items in bins, on floor or on shelves in designated locations for retrieval when needed. Mark or tag items as necessary for identification purposes.
Count, weigh and identify items received and shipped. Check materials against vendor’s invoices, bills of lading, customer orders and other documents. Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed.
Fill orders or requisitions and maintain necessary records. Take inventory as required. Keep records of damaged or defective items, discrepancies in quantities and weights.
Use CMBIS to enter records and process sales orders.
Operate forklift to store, move or load material in trucks.
Make shipping crates as necessary. Pack product in boxes, crates, cartons or other containers using various packaging materials to prevent damage or breakage. Shrink wrap, close and seal containers, label and stencil as required.
Devise and construct non- standard containers for special products

The employee is subject to an environment that is at time congested with product boxes, material, etc. The employee is exposed to the hazard of mobile equipment moving in close areas. High noise levels are present in most areas the employee works.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to be able to stand for long periods and walk between pieces of machinery. He/she is required to lift objects ranging from 1 to 40 lbs. on a regular basis. Substantial movements of the arms, wrist, hands, and/or fingers are essential in the use of a variety of hand tools and instruments. Some stooping and bending are required. Specific vision ability required by this job includes close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.

-advisor, you will work closely with experienced biologists and fishery managers in developing and reviewing regulations, permits, and policies relating to the management and conservation of marine resources. Key laws relevant to work within the Alaska Section include the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act, Northern Pacific Halibut Act (Halibut Act), Endangered Species Act (ESA), Marine Mammal Protection Act (MMPA), National Environmental Procedure Act (NEPA), Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), and the Administrative Procedure Act (APA). Other laws relevant to the position include the Fur Seal Act, Regulatory Flexibility Act and Federal Power Act.
This position requires interaction with other NOAA General Counsel Office attorneys, scientists, policy makers and technical staff, the North Pacific Fishery Management Council, Department of Commerce officials, other Federal and state agency officials, members of the regulated community, and representatives of public interest organizations. Assists Director of Operations in the development of current and long-term organizational goals and objectives as well as policies and procedures for operations
25% monthly audit of client service notes
Support of all activities associated with the Director of Operations, including staffing for
all staff meetings, meeting schedules, locations, development of agenda, and meeting materials
Developing organizational and administrative methods and program objectives for Director of Operations consideration
Direct and participate in all audits, including Federal, State, LME, Medicaid waiver standards and agency
RBHS workers and immediately report issues/concerns to Director of Operations
Provide training, motivation, goal setting, and supervision for operations site-level operations staff
Disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems for all operations site level
Direct the implementation of approved procedures to achieve maximum productivity, efficiency and regulatory compliance

The Clinical Supervisor will have their own billable caseload and will perform the duties of the Clinical Supervisor. The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for conducting a 25% monthly audit of all service notes. These audits will focus on administrative document completion and service delivery The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for tracking the interactions of the RBHS staff and their clients. The Clinical Supervisor will also be responsible for tracking the billing of MA's and RBHS staff. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the overall satisfaction of the RBHS clients.
The Clinical Supervisor will deliver audit findings to Director of Operations. The Clinical Supervisor will then have seven days to correct audit findings and return a Plan of Corrections to the Director of Operations. The Director of Operations will keep a record of all audit findings and
POC. The findings will be a part of the performance analysis management system of Community
