Cup Loader - 3Rd Shift (10:00 PM To 6:30 AM)
Cup loaders are assigned to load cups into the filler and assist in the manual sanitation of the filler. Other tasks may be assigned as needed if the cup loading position is not needed during the shift.
The responsibilities of this position include:
Cup loaders are to make sure the have the right flavor of cups, and lids, for the product being run on the filler.
Ensure they have all of the proper materials in the staging area for the run.
Need to help ensure the area they are working in is clean and when machine is down they help the operator get the machine back to a functional state.
Load cups quickly and accurately so the machine does not incur any downtime waiting for cups.
Clean production filling equipment in the filler during the manual sanitation step of the CIP process.
Complete tasks as needed and as indicated on Job Duties Worksheet (Foam, clean walls, floors, piping, electrical panels, control boxes, floor mats, etc.).
Complete all jobs in a safe and quality manner.
Assist the operator in setting up the line for production and changeovers.
Needs to be able to learn how to operate the machine for the operator while on break or lunch.
Other duties/tasks as required and assigned.

Building Engineer / CUP Operator
Utilizes advanced skills to perform complex preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, industrial systems, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, air compressors, pumps, and related auxiliary equipment. Working under limited supervision, monitors building system operations and performance. Utilizes several trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating and cooling.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Complies with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and Company directives related to building operations and work safety.
Inspects building systems including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure operation of equipment is within design capabilities and achieves environmental conditions prescribed by client.
Oversees and inspects the work performed by outside contractors. Contracted work includes landscaping, snow removal, remodeling, HVAC, plumbers, and cleaning.
Performs assigned repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance. Completes maintenance and repair records as required.
Reviews assigned work orders. Estimates time and materials needed to complete repair. Orders necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks.
Maintains an energy management program to ensure measures are taken to operate all systems in the most efficient manner to keep operating costs at a minimum.
Maintains the building lighting system, including element and ballast repairs or replacements.
Performs welding, carpentry, furniture assembly and locksmith tasks as needed.
Responds quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. May provide informal assistance such as technical guidance and/or training to coworkers. May coordinate work and assign tasks.

Cup packer is responsible for properly monitoring, packing, and packaging multiple cup lines. Cup packer must verify proper identification on all boxes, follow all appropriate procedures when defective product is found.
Cup packer must be familiar with the operation of post cup forming equipment and operation of the plastic auto bagger machine. Cup packer must comply with all quality standards by not accepting defective material into work center, not making defective products at work station, not passing defects to internal customers and by reporting potential quality issues. Cup packer must maintain effective communication with other employees and assist other employees when needed.
Cup packer is required to maintain a clean and organized work area and complete other work as assigned by supervisor. Additionally, Cup packer must also be capable of performing the position of a utility packer (UP). A UP is responsible for relieving packers during their breaks.
