Intern - All-Star Game (Asg)
All-Star Game Interns will take direction from the HR department and All-Star Game Project Manager to work with various departments throughout the organization. Duties will vary depending upon the day-to-day needs of each department. All-Star Game interns will be working closely with Cleveland Indians All-Star Coordinators, as well as MLB personnel, assisting them in various duties as assigned.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Assist multiple departments with All-Star Game responsibilities as needed including Ballpark Operations, Live Experience, Special Events, Communications, Sales and more.
Assist All-Star Coordinators with the creation, preparation and coordination of All-Star marquee events.
Assist with creation and preparation of Corporate Partner events.
Assist Community Outreach/Cleveland Indians Charities with the creation and preparation of youth programs and community projects for All-Star Week.
Assist Human Resources with the resourcing of volunteers for all All-Star related activities, working closely with the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission.
Assist in coordinating all incoming deliveries and mail needs during the weeks leading up to and through the All-Star events. Be responsible for receiving, shipping and delivery of all All-Star related deliveries.
Other duties as assigned.
