The primary responsibility of the Game Attendant – Poker Room is to act as a liaison between guests and support departments, specifically the Casino Cage and beverage service. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and The Venetian and The Palazzo Resort Hotel Casino's policies, practices, and procedures.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Protects and controls all money / chip exchanges
Conducts transactions in accordance with Departmental policies and procedures, handling player transactions and notifying management of any irregularities.
Retrieves guest's chips from the Casino Cage.
Maintains a sound understanding of game play, rules, internal controls and gaming standards.
Informs management of important or relevant facts regarding specific players or disputes.
Must be able to touch and handle supplies in a safe and non-hazardous manner, maintaining proper hygiene, cleanliness, and disposal methods.
Performs any other related duties as assigned.
Must maintain a positive attitude toward work and interface with hotel guests in a congenial and polite manner
Provide a service or assistance to meet the needs of a guest, client or customer
Proper performance requires knowledge of a specific function or activity and familiarity with policies and procedures of the department

A Game Room Attendant is responsible for keeping all the games at their selected location Clean & Full of product in an efficient and professional manner and may include repairs, depending on mechanical aptitude.
Game Room Attendant is responsible for showing up on time and following instructions.
Establish and maintain professional relationship with locations and staff.
Reporting to Home Office any issues in locations and following company procedures to address and resolve any issues in a timely fashion.
Complete follow up as assigned.
Do machine repairs according to skill level.
Replace plush and prizes as needed.
Maintaining amusements equipment in customer locations in good working order, product stocked in all dispensing equipment and company policies adhered to for cleaning and aesthetics.
Repairing equipment and troubleshooting issues in locations once trained to do so.
Report all location feedback.
Ensure each location is set up to maximize revenue and earning potential as instructed.
Each employee will be responsible for assigned locations.

Self-contained redemption games stocked and flashed well.
Pricing stickers intact and legible.
Able to swap parts to troubleshoot issues with games – Once Trained to do so.
