Ensures cleanliness ofinside of tanks by sweeping down the inside of the frontplate, then using thevacuum to remove debris.
Gives finished tank acursory inspection to ensure tank meets customer visual requirements; i.e. weldsplatter scrapped, loose dirt, and normal weldments and punchings.
Obvious non-conformanceswill be documented on a Material Reject Tag (MRT) and tank will be set aside tobe returned to the original welder for re-work
Must have completed High School Diploma/GEDfrom an accredited institution.
1 year of welding experience in amanufacturing environment
Must be legally authorized to work in the

Leak Survey Technician
As a Leak Survey Technician with TRC you will perform visual inspection of exposed and underground gas distribution facilities and components and compile field data collection consistent with customer procedures. You will be responsible for reporting serious issues promptly, preparing work orders as directed for abnormal operating conditions, and communicating issues with customer representatives in a timely manner.
Overview of Duties:
Accurately detect and classify gas leaks during inspections performed inside and outside

Replace/re-hang missing, fallen and/or damaged component identification tags daily, and replace wire on tags as needed.
Participate in customer requested odor investigations and maintenance sweeps.

- Utilizes knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes to understand the inter-dependencies /design constraints resulting in reliable designs
- With supervisor, formulate and recommend engineering policies and technical work in accordance with project and business objectives.
- Collaborate with SMEs to ensure study design is suitable for objectives and practical enough for execution.
- Diagnose the causes of system failures and specify solutions.
- Technical problem solving and participation in a full range of manufacturing and technology transfer activities, for domestic and global manufacturing locations.
- Generation of technical documentation in support of project deliverables and requirements, such as requirement specifications, protocols, reports, and change control supporting documents.
- Display a solid technical understanding of engineering principles and procedures (e.g. CAD and its application or scheduling a series of technical tasks utilizing software-based tools.
- Understand and articulate how own role ties within function or discipline
- Demonstration and application of engineering principles on individual/small projects
- Proven leadership skills and engineering problem solving ability.
- Ability to apply statistical and engineering techniques to solve complex problems.
- Skills and aptitude to support troubleshooting of equipment and manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with plastic and rubber materials, RF sea and manufacturing processes. (RF=radio frequency sealing a process used to bond two pieces of plastic together)
- Ability to effectively operate within, and facilitate, cross functional teams, with minimal guidance.
- Ability to present and communicate results and recommendations to project teams and decision makers.
- Ability to balance theoretical knowledge with empirical results.
- Hands on experience with install and validating process equipment in a production environment.
- Knowledge of and/or experience in a regulated industry.
