Positions in this job family are involved in the regulation, inspection and investigation of oil and gas exploration and production facilities and operations. This includes enforcement of state and federal laws and Commission rules through inspections, investigations, and complaint response related to pollution control, environmental protection and production of oil and gas reserves.
The Oil and Gas Field Inspector job family has four levels that are distinguished by the complexity of assignments, the level of expertise required to perform the duties assigned, and the responsibility assigned for providing leadership to others.
This is the basic level of the job family where employees are assigned responsibility for performing routine entry level work in a training status to build their skills in conducting inspections and investigations, responding to releases and complaints, and acting as a liaison between the Corporation Commission, the industry and the public.
Education and Experience requirements at this level are mandated by statute. 52 O.S. SS 149 (8) (1999 Supplement) states applicants "…shall have four (4) years practical experience in oil field production and drilling operations…".

The competent individual should have basic knowledge of semiconductor electronic devices, layout mask drawings and related EDA tools used in drawing and verifying.
Engineer should have good understanding and experience of standard cells and Macro layout design and verification.
Exposure and hands on experience of small to mid-sized analog and digital block layouts like differential amplifiers, OPAMPS, Current source, Power system sub-blocks.
Experience with memory layout.
Complete understanding of GDR layout design rules, devices, physical verification – DRC, LVS.
Good understanding of layout parasitic, ESD and latch-up.
Capable on DRC/LVS debugging.
Understanding layout basics/concepts
Standard cell layout knowledge
Exposure and hands on to block level layout design
Basic understanding of memory layout
Basic understanding of analog layout concepts – Matching, shielding, Symmetry
Basic understanding of ESD, Reliability and DFM concepts

Under general supervision performs all kinds of repairs and construction work on gas mains and services,
and services, maintains, and places in operation all types of domestic, commercial and industrial gas
appliances, equipment and incidental piping or wiring used in connection therewith.
1.Tapping, penetration, stopping, leak repairing and clearing of energized lines.
2.Purging and energizing of gas mains, services, regulating, metering and other system equipment.
3.Maintaining, operating and repairing regulating, odorizing, filtering and related equipment.
4.Acting as inspector for main and service installations.
5.Fabrication and sketching of piping tie-ins and simple gas service replacements in the field.
Correction of sketches necessitated by field conditions.
6.Directs the work of one other Fitter 1/C or lower grade directly assisting him; may also direct others
performing such duties as equipment operation, digging and directing traffic.
7.May be required to cut services on or off and remove and set gas and electric meters.
8.May perform duties of Equipment Driver/Operators at or below his wage level.

This announcement may be used for any of the 3 job levels indicated. Oil and Gas Inspector requires 1-2 years oil and gas experience.
Performs technical and field inspection work in the oil and gas program to determine compliance with applicable laws, regulations, permits and best management practices within an assigned region of the state. Authority is given to follow-up violations with initiation of civil or administrative proceedings or criminal prosecution, including swearing out warrants, or taking other action provided by law to effect prosecution, in compliance with established procedures. Work requires a knowledge of the permitting process and regulations related to oil and gas drilling operations.
Work requires travel and outside work in varying weather conditions and over difficult terrain. Subject to emergency response, being on-call and temporary assignment to a different geographical area of the state as necessitated by environmental conditions and agency needs. May be assigned to an area of specialization as detailed above. Performs related work as required.

OR, A related bachelor's degree in a natural, physical, biological, or applied science, or in engineering PLUS ONE year relevant experience in the oil and gas industry.
OR, A petroleum technology associate's degree PLUS ONE year relevant experience in the oil and gas industry.
OR, One year of actual and relevant environmental experience in wastewater, solid waste or reclamation PLUS ONE year actual and relevant experience in the oil and gas industry.

To safely operate and maintain a landfill gas (LFG) to high btu (natural) gas processing facility in a manner that complies with environmental regulations, optimizes the financial results of the project, and achieves customer satisfaction.
Work is performed under general or indirect supervision with results evaluated against achievement of set production goals within spending guidelines. Adherence to laws, regulations, policies, and procedures while exhibiting professional conduct and always using safe practices in an environmentally responsible manner is expected.
1.Operate and maintain all equipment and assets to achieve performance and production objectives while reducing operating expense and maximizing equipment service life.
2.Accurately collect, report, and analyze operational, maintenance, and environmental data.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct day-to-day operation, maintenance and repair of an LFG facility, LFG collection system and LFG delivery pipeline. Perform equipment inspections, testing and operational checks. Work is performed under general supervision of a Facility Manager.
Monitor all operating equipment, and adjust (using manual and/or automated controls) as necessary to meet performance and production goals
Record operating data and maintain operating records including periodic production reports
Maintain facility logbook, highlighting activities and noteworthy events
Collect oil, water, wastewater, gas and air samples for analysis
Perform equipment inspections, tests and operational checks
Diagnose and correct adverse operating conditions and equipment malfunctions
Investigate mechanical problems, recommend appropriate repairs, replacements and enhancements
Perform mechanical and minor electrical repairs
Perform routine buildings and grounds maintenance and repairs
Maintain spare parts inventory and records
Support, assist and direct the work of contractors on-site

A high school diploma / GED is required. Completion of a Certificate, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific discipline (Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, Plant Operations, Pipeline Operations, Automation, Instrumentation, Controls, or similar) or equivalent work experience is highly desired.
Must possess and maintain a valid, unrestricted state driver's license and a clean driving record.

Most work is within the vicinity of a municipal solid waste disposal facility. Employee will routinely operate forklifts, motor vehicles and/or ATV style off road vehicles on unimproved terrain.
Employee will be required to respond to call-outs (plant upset conditions) within one hour during other than normal business hours and work unscheduled overtime and may occasionally be required to travel to other work locations using personal transportation (travel expense reimbursed within policy limits).

Gas Utility Worker
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
High School Diploma or GED certificate
6 - 12 months experience in Natural Gas Construction, Operation and Maintenance.
Requires a CDL Learner's Permit or CDL Class "A" with Hazmat Endorsement (subject to motor vehicle review). Learners permit is to be validated to CDL Class "A" with Hazmat Endorsement within (6) months from date of employment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
Operates equipment required for the installation of gas lines including backhoes, trenching machines, dump trucks, boring machines, and air compressors.
Assists in the construction of natural gas mains and distribution lines.
Uses Authority-owned equipment in a manner which subjects it to normal wear and tear only.
Assists in the installation and maintenance of natural gas meters.
Assists in the installation of plumbing of natural gas lines.
Assists in the installation of customer natural gas services.
Assists in natural gas line construction projects.
Assists in the maintenance of cathodic protection systems including the installation or replacement of anodes and installation of the order monitoring and testing equipment.
Repairs leaks in natural gas main and distribution systems.
Maintains quality/quantity standards regarding output.
Monitor Tracking Records on CFR reports.
Performs job duties in a safety conscious manner that reflects safety in work habits and working on projects.
Performs standby duties and responds to natural gas emergencies in a safe and conscious manner.
Performs other duties as assigned or requested.

The purpose of a Gas Pipe Fitter/Fuser is to install Poly pipe by heat fusion of predominantly Poly & HDPE plastic pipe.
Install new poly pipe.
Assist other teammates in the installation and pressure testing of pipe.
Maintain needed levels of parts and supplies.
Assist in loading/unloading of trucks.
Work on live gas.
2 years of experience in Natural Gas work.
Able to electrofuse, socket fuse and butt fuse.
Must be familiar with testing and tapping procedures.
Mechanical aptitude necessary.
Ability to lift heavy loads continuously.
Ability to work outside daily for extended periods of time in all weather conditions.
Must have a Drivers' license
Ability to work overtime as required
