This position requires the ability to source and/or produce assigned commodities and services to proper specifications for function intended, from qualified suppliers, assuring maximum return for each dollar spent is obtained – all within ethical purchasing practices and company policy. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Various duties in purchasing including but not limited to: reviewing requisitions, reviewing and verifying technical and administrative content of purchasing documentation. Create, track, manage and evaluate quotes to qualified suppliers.
Compare quality, pricing and delivery dates.crearte purchase orders to produce components in accordance to due dates. Maintain procurement records on items or services purchased. Maintain ethical conduct with all supplier relations.
Collaborate with other departments to monitor, track and provide feedback on delivery status. Expedite purchase orders, where needed, to insure promised delivery or die date compliance. Maintain material master fields relative to purchasing (lead times, purchasing records, etc.) work with R&D/ Eng. to manage design changes on released product and coordinate the transition of new products to manufacturing.
Assist suppliers with questions or problems concerning the purchasing process to ensure timely delivery. Discuss defective or unacceptable service with suppliers to collectively determine source of trouble and take corrective action. Evaluate supplier performance and communicate results and progress with them. Seek continuous improvement.
Various duties in production including but not limited to: opening and managing production/work orders. Plan products and sub-assemblies in MRP.
Manage material shortages for production build and communicate status to management. Confer with Production leads and supervisors to determine status of production orders. Coordinate production meeting, to provide detailed updates on the plan and manage promise dates.
Various duties in sales including but not limited to: creating and reviewing open spare sales orders, verifying validity of products structures, routings and prints. Hold "Backlog/Backorder" meeting and update log.
Review customer required dates and set promise dates. Manage material shortages and communicate status to management. Communicate field spare order status to Operations and advise of any rescheduling.
Various duties with Engineering including, but not limited to: Maintain DBA Material Master by performing the following duties:
Create new material, extend existing material, edit existing materials, create and change BOM's, create and change routers, create work centers, update lead times, etc. Work with engineering/R&D to manage design changes on released product.
Various duties with inventory and analysis including but not limited to: assign daily cycle counts. Analyze and report inventory monthly value.
Conduct data analysis (queries) to create special reports for management. Implementing MRP with inventory control database. Roll up cost analysis to determine sales price on new and existing products. Put together reports and charts using Microsoft Office ®.
Put together required documentation (work instruction, process steps, flow charts, etc.) to conduct training.
Set up, manage and perform the training of the inventory control database.
Prepare presentations necessary for meetings and reviews for management.
Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.

Handles routine customer inquiries and engineering detail using standard operating procedures involving tariff application, extension rules and agreements, service rules, code requirements, service entrance, and metering requirements.
May be responsible for emergency response in assigned processes.
Assists in detail planning for work orders including as-builts, preparing estimates and work orders, preparing necessary maps and sketches, closing work orders, preparing material lists, ensures accuracy of sag calculations, and switching/valve sequence planning.

As a Natural Gas Compliance Technical Specialist I/II at Dominion Transmission, Inc, in Clarksburg, WV, you will be responsible for analyzing, evaluating, and confirming Traceable and Verifiable records necessary to support Maximum Allowable Operation Pressures for natural gas carrying pipelines and their appurtenances to ensure compliance with Code of Federal Regulations Title 49, Parts 192.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Compile and maintain verifiable and traceable documentation for all records used in establishing Maximum Allowable Operating Pressures for regulatory compliance and annual reporting.
Document finding within formal Technical Report.
Review and document Maximum Allowable Operating Pressure for Pipelines, Measurement, Regulation and Compressor Stations.
Assist in preparing GIS data for evaluation in the MAOP validation tool.
Schedule and maintain periodic pipeline class location studies based on business need, including field surveys and verification as necessary.
Work with Operations to monitor proposed developments along our pipeline corridors to identify potential class changes or High Consequence Areas.
Document changes in class location and communicate class changes per Management of Change Processes.
Compile and maintain pipeline class location change documentation against historical baseline studies.

Sargent is also a major supplier of hydraulic control valves to the US Navy on all Nuclear Class Submarine programs.
Airtomic, LLC has an immediate opening for a Bench Mechanic in our Franklin, IN facility.
Key Position Responsibilities:
Position is up tempo and very detail oriented
Cold work metallic tubes, ducts & manifolds to conform to check fixtures
Disassemble and fabricate replacement details
Prepare parts for welding of x-ray and aerospace quality joints
Interpret routings, op sheets and draw on personal knowledge to determine most efficient approach to repair a given part
Give constructive feedback to engineering on process issues and potential improvements
Inspect & assemble patented joint technology
Serve as a backup to the product clean line and pressure test area
Bead blast product as required
In process visual inspection to a check fixture
Polishing and blending of product
Create inspection fixtures under the guidance of a Level 3.
Other duties as assigned
Required qualification / Education / and/or Experience:
Proficiency and experience in Aerospace repair or metalworking
Strong work ethic
High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
Attendance and punctuality at work are essential functions of this position
Must be able to show proof of legally ability to work in United States
Must be able to read, write and speak English
Must be able to pass FAA drug screen and background check
- Aerospace / Defense industry experience a plus
- FAA A&P certificate is a strong plus

This job will give you the opportunity to help build the culture of the new facility and positively impact CVS Health distribution through maintenance. You will ensure optimum equipment performance through maintenance, repair, and preventive maintenance tasks that are in accordance to the original manufacturer's (OEM) specifications and guidelines or appropriate facsimile thereof; unless otherwise specified by management.
Your additional responsibilities will include:
Coordination of department related activities including the maintenance and repair of all fork truck, conveyors, motors, reducers, controls and associated equipment
Balancing the workforce to achieve daily goals and ensuring compliance with all safety procedures
Ensuring maintenance procedures are accurately executed
Developing safety and maintenance procedures
Coordinating work performed by outside vendors
Assisting in achieving department goals
Maintaining all aspects of all rolling stock, including fork trucks and man lifts
Troubleshooting and maintaining electronic, mechanical and hydraulic components, and lead-acid batteries
Maintaining hydrogen delivery system, including compressors and dispensers
Maintaining and repairing all peripheral equipment and supporting devices associated with fixed conveying and distribution processing equipment
Diagnosing and correcting equipment malfunctions and failures in a timely and effective manner
Maintaining accurate and appropriate inventory levels for all associated equipment spare parts, hardware, and specialty tools
Testing electrical and electronic equipment and components for continuity, current, voltage and resistance
Installing, examining, replacing or repairing electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, feeders, fiber-optic and coaxial cable assemblies, circuit boards, sensors, relays, limit switches, flow switches, scanners, VFDs, and PLCs, lighting fixtures and other electrical components
1+ years of electrical and/or mechanical experience
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
Must possess valid driver's license
Experienced in mechanical, electrical and pneumatic conveyor system maintenance
Experienced in programmable logic control repair and diagnostics
Experienced in AC/DC arc welding and gas welding/cutting
Flexibility to work overtime in emergency situations or during seasonal and heavy promotional times, up to and including weekends
Good written and verbal communication skills to include the ability to read, write, and count legible and accurately
Proven organizational skills
Demonstrated expertise in the use of basic and sophisticated hand tools
Knowledge of mathematics and elementary algebraic equations
Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
