Repairs, restores, tests, sets, and installs gas pressure regulators and devices.
Maintains high and low pressure gas line valves and regulators and maintains related records;
Checks gas pressure readings at low pressure spots in system.
Maintains inventory of regulators and regulator parts.
Makes high pressure taps on gas lines;
Performs annual patrolling of main feeder lines between gate stations; checks all meter setups on line for leaks, regulator pressures, or servicing and maintains records; assists with yearly cleanup of right-of-way of line;
Collects correction factors for metering;
Installs and relocates gas meter sets, domestic and commercial meters and regulators;
Draws sketches of gas main and service connections;
Prepares work order forms and related documentation for repairs.
Performs quarterly and yearly inspections on key valves, regulator stations, and mains on structure.
Records all new or discontinued high pressure meter setups and records.
Checks emergency gas leaks.
Performs housepiping and meter moves on an as-needed basis.
Inspects utility line construction projects, installations, testing, and backfill;
Keeps daily records and prepares reports;
Enforces safety standards and policies;

Requires the ability to obtain a CDL within 6 months of hire.
Must be certified under the DOT Operator Qualification program for appropriate covered tasks including use of Combustible Gas Indicator and flame pack.

Work requires continual physical effort in the handling of equipment and tools, while working from scaffolds, standing, stooping, bending, climbing, working overhead, etc. Uses coordination of eyes, hands, and feet and also of legs and body in installing, repairing, or testing equipment in confined areas such as manholes. This role will interface directly with Wells Fargo Asset Management (WFAM) teams, as well as Wealth and Investment Management (WIM) and Enterprise partners in Operational Risk, Compliance, and Technology. This position will report to the Head of WFAM Business Continuity and Regulated Records. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Maintain and update the B&R inventory for WFFD, including artifacts, associated system of storage, inventory supervision and inventory management tool.
Build out B&R inventory for remaining WFAM entities.
Ensure WFAM team members responsible for maintaining regulated records are trained and understand the requirements related to B&R.
Function as the single point of contact to WFAM Compliance and WIM Operational Risk to resolve B&R escalated items, as needed.
Support WFAM Business Continuity Officer with reporting, documentation, and remediation of follow up issues as needed.
Build relationships with key business partners to ensure proper communication, escalation and awareness between the teams and with senior leadership about the Books and Records inventory.
- Support additional WFAM Governance activities as needed.
* 2+ years of experience in compliance, operational risk management (includes audit, legal, credit risk, market risk, or the management of a process or business with accountability for compliance or operational risk), or a combination of both * 2+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: additional compliance, additional operational risk management, IT systems security, business process management or financial services industry experience; or a BS/BA degree or higher in business or a related field
Ability to develop and manage business relationships
Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities

Education and Experience The ideal candidate must have the ability to perform technical duties of the millwright and welding crafts. Candidate must have knowledge and experience in hydraulics and pneumatics. MIG, TIG and Stick welding as well as gas cutting, plasma and air arcing experience is required.
Experience with gas furnace combustion, refractory, plumbing and rigging is a plus. We look for candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent, and a vocational degree related to the position. 3-5 years of experience in a heavy manufacturing setting is desired, but not required. Overview The maintenance and repair individual is responsible for repairing and troubleshooting mechanical problems with the manufacturing machines. This may include, but not be limited to replacing parts and/or motors on these machines. The majority of the lifting can be done using a lift, but there are situations where an individual may manually be required to do some lifting. It is estimated that some of the motors may weigh upwards of 75 lbs. and these may be handled by hand. Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
Disassembles, partially or completely, machines or parts to replace or repair defective parts, finds a faulty circuit, ect. Gets equipment back into operation. Makes necessary adjustments to ensure proper operation of equipment, both single and three phase electrical motors, wiring, fuses, circuit breakers, coils, switches, and motor control starters, overload protection. Replace heat control equipment and thermocouple. Measures, cuts, bends, threads, and installs conduits through which wires are run to outlets, panels, and boxes. Adjusts controls and instruments. Constructs or otherwise fabricates parts pieces of equipment using the lathe, milling machine, welding equipment, and other available equipment. Assists in installation of new equipment.

Carries out all work necessary to ensure smooth and continuous and operation of all production and related equipment and machinery.
Performs all jobs in a safe, orderly, and clean manner
