Assistwith preparation of month-end inventory.
Maintainscleanliness of the pack areas by sweeping floor, wiping up spills, and keepingpack stations organized.

Effectively move product, opening bin gates and switching diverters.

Set up line precisely. This would include date code, weight, conveyor, glue, sewing and heat seal process.
Insure all products are packaged accurately. Product on correct bag, tags and stickers applied as necessary.
Minimize start-up and change-over times working as efficiently as possible.
Perform quality checks in a timely manner per quality procedures. Insuring product weight is maintained and product meets specifications.
Obtain samples as required by Quality Assurance.
Notify Team Leader of progress and any problems.
Keeping area and equipment clean.
Sanitize equipment according to plan.
Transfer responsibilities from shift to shift.
Follow all plant safety procedures.
Must be able to obtain fork lift license.
Other duties as assigned by management will be required.

Giblet Packing Line Leader needed for Night Shift Internal Candidates Only With the re-introduction for this department we are looking for qualifying candidates to fill 1 position for Day Shift and 1 position for Night Shift.#1 To perform all positions within the department as attained job description in order to relieve and train associate as necessary. Lift up to 25 pounds.
#2 To ensure all positions are performed according to daily production needs and standards.
#3 To coordinate and initiate the rotation schedule every two hours to meet OSHA requirements and ensure all Perdue safety policies are adhered to.

The Packaging Operator is responsible for producing packaged pharmaceutical products in a safe and efficient manner, complying with cGMP's, SOPs, and site safety procedures.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Operate packaging equipment (tablet fillers, thermoformers, labelers, case packers, etc.) in a safe and efficient manner.
Must understand and comply with cGMP's, SOPs and site safety procedures.
Verify correctness of product and components for the NDC packaged.
Supply equipment with components and product.Lifting requirements may be up to 30 lbs.
Perform detection system challenges on applicable equipment.
Perform basic maintenance, changeover, set up, and troubleshooting of packaging equipment.
Clean and purge packaging equipment.
Accountable for accurately documenting,packaging and cleaning activities in Packaging worksheets, Equipment Cleaning Logbooks,and within performance tracking systems (Traksys)
Perform quality attribute inspections and in-process testing (torques, induction seal integrity, leak tests, appearance, etc.)
Rework packages according to SOPs or Rework Packaging Order to correct deviations.
Share knowledge with co-workers for training purposes.
Work effectively in teams to meet monthly demand requirements.
Participate in deviation investigations and help drive to root cause using tools such as 5- Why.
Accountable for Line performance (OEE) and able to report hourly status of line to affected personnel to ensure timely resolution to issues. (i.e. Facilitators, Engineers)
Must be able to work other shifts, weekends, alternative schedules when production demands require
Must be flexible to change.
