Responsible for finished product inventory count, location, and disposition. Assembly of final packaging from bulk reagents. Manufacture of labels in a GMP environment. Assist in packing and shipping final product to domestic and international customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Count, identify, and move finished product from manufacturing areas using a warehouse management system to an area in the shipping warehouse. This involves the use of a barcode scanner and tagging system.
Manufacture kits and final packaging from bulk supplies. Manufacture labels for final product. Complete batch record forms as needed.
Monitor supplies need for the shipping group. Move boxes and inventory to the shipping area under the direction of Shipping team leader.
Prepare bulk deliveries to our external locations.
Maintain documentation as required by FDA, company policy, and cGMP.
Assist with inventory control to prevent stock-out situations.
Clean and maintain work and storage areas and adhere to established safety procedures.
Remain proficient in all SOPs in areas of responsibility.
Perform all other related duties as assigned.
Education: High school diploma, General Education Degree (G.E.D.) or equivalent.
Experience: 2 years related experience.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.
Other: Must be detail oriented. Must be able to utilize a computer and have basic to advanced keyboarding skills.

Track receiving reports daily
Receive job jacket following the checking process
Pull Purchase Order and match to vendor's packing list
Resolve vendor Over Short & Damage (OS&D's) identified by checking (if required) in cooperation with the internal and/or external customer
Send job out for re-check, if required
Coordinate hazardous material requirements, if applicable
Prepare and issue material receipt, including entry of items/quantities received
