Job Description:
The Merchandising Service Associate is primarily responsible for completing all assigned merchandising reset and service related projects accurately, on time, and in accordance with merchandising and safety standards. The Merchandising Service Associate follows detailed project instructions to execute merchandising strategy in the stores, ensuring customers are presented with the products that reflect their demands and represent Lowe s strategic vendor partnerships. The MSA is responsible for building displays, processing damaged products, rotating and pricing stock, resolving project issues or questions, checking third party work completion, and providing proof of project completion. Merchandising bay integrity services to be performed by the MSA include: setting and maintaining intended planogram designs, organizing top-stock to merchandising standards, ensuring displays are properly functioning, clean, priced, down-stocked, front-facing and detailed. The MSA is also responsible for completing both daily routine and department service tasks as required. Job Requirements This is hourly full-time or part-time role generally scheduled 39 to 40 or 10 to 25 hours per week, respectively; more hours may be required based on the needs of the business. Basic Purpose:
Under the direction of the Branch Manager or Field Leader, the Mobile Examiner's primary responsibility is to provide coverage in the field ensuring that mobile exams are completed accurately and on time. Maintain a safe and professional environment for applicants, clients, and employees, perform with confidence all aspects of an insurance exam, including specimen collection and processing duties following established practices and procedures. May also be required to act as coach, mentor, instructor and resource person for new employees who have completed the required phlebotomy-training program.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Ensures all specimens are collected accurately and on time.
Collects specimens according to established procedures.
Conducts in center exams and mobile exams, which include taking basic vitals, medical histories, venipuncture, urine collection, and EKG. Also collects specimens for pre- employment drug screenings and other Quest Diagnostics services.
Responsible for completing application packets and other paperwork accurately.
Label, centrifuge and split specimens as required by test order.

Job Summary

Job Accountabilities (Responsibilities)
Collect specimens according to established procedures. This includes, but not limited to: drug screens, biometric screening and insurance exams.
Administer oral solutions according to established training.
Research test/client information and confirm and verify all written and electronic orders by utilizing lab technology systems or directory of services.
Responsible for completing all data entry requirements accurately including data entry of patient registration; entry of test order from requisition or pulling order from database; managing Standing Orders.
Enter billing information and collect payments when required, including the safeguarding of assets and credit card information.
Data entry and processing specimens including: labeling, centrifuging, splitting, and freezing specimens as required by test order.
Perform departmental-related clerical duties when assigned such as data entry, inventory, stock supplies, and answer phones when needed.
Read, understand and comply with departmental policies, protocols and procedures: (i.e. Procedure Manuals, Safety Manual, Compliance Manual, Automobile Policies and Procedures, Employee Handbook, Quality Assurance Manual); and ensure that all staff members follow instructions.
Perform verification of patient demographic info / initials including patient signature post-venipuncture to verify tubes were labeled in their presence and that the name on the label is correct.
Assist with compilation and submission of monthly statistics and data.
Maintain all appropriate phlebotomy logs in a timely manner and based on frequency, such as maintenance logs and temperature logs.
Complete training courses and keep up-to-date with the latest phlebotomy techniques.
Travel to Territory Manager meeting if held off-site or off normal shift.
Participate on special projects and teams.
Stay up-to-date on company communications.

1-2 years secretarial or administrative assistant experience in a medical setting is preferred.
Required Education:

JOB SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Branch Manager or Field Leader, maintain a safe and professional environment for applicants, clients, and employees.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Responsible for the safe and timely transporting supplies, equipment and materials to the appropriate destination.
a) Provides customer service to clients.
2.Maintains required records and paperwork.
a) Reads, understands and complies with departmental policies, protocols and procedures: (i.e. Procedure Manuals, Safety Manual, Compliance Manual, Automobile policies and procedures, Employee Handbook, Quality Assurance Manual).
b) Assist with compilation of monthly statistics and data. Submits data on time monthly.
c) Submits accurate time and travel logs as directed by management and on time.
d) Submits accurate expense forms, if applicable, on the required day.
3.Demonstrates organizational commitment.
a) Adheres to departmental and company code of grooming and dress code and lab coat policies, appearing neat and clean at all times.
b) Reports on time to work, following attendance guidelines.
c) Answers the telephone in a friendly and helpful manner, by incorporating the company name, self-identification and a helpful statement
d) Communicates appropriately with customers, agents, applicants, coworkers and the general public.
e) Communicates all unresolved problems immediately to the appropriate Manager or Supervisor. Remains polite and courteous at all time.
4.Additional responsibilities required of Greeter.
a) Ensures facilities or work area are neat, clean and in good repair, takes appropriate action to advise Manager or Supervisor of required repairs and maintenance; Disposes of biohazard containers when scheduled.
b) Assist with periodic inventory counts, report shortages and problems to Manager or Supervisor as they occur; stocks supplies as needed
c) Performs other department-related clerical duties when assigned.
d) Answers phone and dispatch calls when assigned.
e) Participates on teams and special projects when asked.
f) Assist Manager or Supervisor with the implementation of SOPs for examiner services in accordance with Quest Diagnostics guidelines.
g) With direction and guidance from Manager or Supervisor, and having appropriate training guidelines, act as mentor and resource person for new employees providing support for department protocols, practices and procedures.
h) Assist with distribution of technical information and communications to the work group.
i) Travel and flexible hours required.
j) All other duties as assigned, within scope of the position.
