Participate on the tender Launch Workshop (TLW):
1.Ensure that the TLW is planned and performed at the appropriate phase of the Tender.
2.Provide Return on Experience regarding the Project Industrial Organization (PIO) defined.
3.Provide Return on Experience regarding the list of suppliers identified.
Participate on the tender Design Review (TDR):
1.Ensure that the TDR is planned and performed at the appropriate phase of the tender.
2.Ensure that technical gaps identified during the review are followed and treated before submission. Including robust mitigation plan and risk assessment.
Participate on the Quality, Cost, Delivery, Performance (QCDP) Review:

2.Ensure Tender checklist (TEN-FRM-023) is initiated as earliest as possible in the tender process.
3.Perform QCDP readiness review with Bid Manager to evaluate Tender maturity, according to the Tender Checklist, before the QCDP meeting takes place.

Quad/Graphics in Lufkin, TX is seeking a Press Assistant I - Rolltender. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Understanding standard operating procedures of the department
Coordinate plates and tickets for upcoming jobs and hang paper according to job tickets
Set up and make splices, bend and hang plates as well as hang blankets and assist with webbing up press
Ensure correct ink is available for job and check ink fountains regularly
Set fold during make-readies and check trim sheets to proof and complete necessary roll reports and paperwork accurately
Communicate effectively with plate room and paper warehouse and coordinate changing of ink, etch, and silicone totes as needed
Wash up the press and assist with preventative maintenance.
Candidates must have prior press experience as Press Assistant II (Jogger) with Press Assistant I (Rolltender) training hours completed.
Strong mechanical abilities and knowledge of presses and roll stands and the ability to perform basic math calculations are essential.
Good verbal and written comprehension skills are a must.
Must be able to thrive in a team environment and work independently with minimal supervision.
This position also requires the ability to bend and lift 50 pounds continuously, ability to lift up to 90 pounds occasionally, stand long hours, use hands and wrists continuously and use vision in order to identify defects, performing repetitious tasks in a fast-paced atmosphere with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Recognizes waste streams and minimizes waste generation through prudent use of materials, proper disposal and segregation as directed during training or by the EC, EFP/EM. Understands and practices proper accumulation and storage requirements for wastes.
Complies with environmental regulations when using, dispensing, or handling hazardous and non-hazardous materials and wastes.
Broad training in a related field usually acquired through high school education or equivalent.
Mechanically Inclined - Mechanical job related experience for 1 year minimum.
Experience working in an industrial environment.

Essential Job Functions:
Provide direct care services which may vary depending on the needs of the individual. Assist with living skills, health maintenance, medication administration and behavioral development. Engage, assist, instruct and monitor individuals in daily living activities and personal care. Personal care may include eating, dressing, bathing, toileting, support with walking, and lifting.
Implement the individualized services of each person and be current on all changes. Follow clearly established methods, techniques and procedures for engaging, assisting, instructing and monitoring individuals while assuring safety and well-being in accordance with the services.
Perform medical treatments or behavioral intervention as outlined by supervisor/lead staff, nurse, or other professional.
Complete related records, as assigned and applicable, per standard format ensuring appropriate confidentiality and safekeeping of documents, records and files such as log information, required forms, performance and progress notes, account funds and program funds.
Provide medications to assigned individuals according to clearly defined procedures and schedules as applicable and authorized.
Accompany the individuals we serve to appointments, social functions, recreational activities and other planned events as requested by the supervisor, to include providing transportation.
Participate in housekeeping, general maintenance, and laundering activities to maintain a clean and safe home for the individual as necessary.
KNOWLEDGE AND TRAINING REQUIRED TO BE COMPLETED WITHIN 6 MONTHS:
Knowledge of Human Services field, direct care services, individuals with developmental disabilities, basic teaching instruction requiring some advanced skills knowledge.
Plus additional specialized training including requirements for basic First Aid, Fire Safety, CPR, Human Rights, etc.
Medication Administration as required by program.
Advancement in DSP roles with demonstrated competencies through completion of division and agency trainings as determined by the division requirements and the needs of the program site.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Work from established procedures, written and/or verbal instructions.
Remove mass from pans onto conveyor for feeding into extruder.
Monitor temperature and speed controls of extruder to insure proper flow of mass to calender mass bank and make adjustments as necessary.
Change mass screens and pipes when necessary.
Assistant in cutting finished drums of tape from calender and start new drums.
Use overhead hoist to move materials.
Assist with PE Mill operation to assure correct and continuous operation.
Must assume the assistant operators' position in the assistants' absence.
Assist crewmembers with set-ups, changeovers and start-ups.
Relieve other crew members as required.
Report all quality and maintenance problems to your Supervisor.
Follow prescribed safety and GMP regulations.
Add waste to accumulation drum.
Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
Perform other duties as required or directed.
