The individual is responsible for ensuring all work packages are processed in order and equipment/ parts are assembled according to specifications. We need a motivated individual with fabrication experience, preferrably in tube bending, who can strengthen our team and support our ambitious growth plans within the subsea market. We are looking for Technician, which is an advanced level position learning to apply basic knowledge of applicable theories, practices, and accepted procedures:
Responsibilities and Tasks
Assist in the installation, integration, commissioning, assembly and reporting on the Electrical/Hydraulic/Mechanical aspects of Distribution Equipment at Aker jobsites.
Ensure the correct assembly of the equipment manufactured and sold by Aker Solutions, Inc. (Electrical, Hydraulic, Mechanical)
Attend pre-operation meetings as directed
Executes work as defined in the Service Order
Promote teamwork and takes an active part in meeting customers' requirements
Promote safety awareness and complies with all applicable safety procedures and regulations to include ensuring equipment is delivered to jobsite in proper condition
Be able to perform the duties of the position interfacing with management and relevant stakeholders as appropriate
Work with engineering and quality to ensure work packages, documents and procedures are accurate and applicable to the job being performed.
Ensure equipment is assembled properly and material or quality issues are captured through QN's.
Ensure work packages are signed off as tasks are completed.
Work with supervisor to identify issues with planning, durations or scheduling.
Implement and effectively apply lean/continuous improvement initiatives
Lead and mentor more junior Technicians
Qualifications and Personal Qualities
Good understanding of Aker Solutions technology, knowledge in the Umbilical Distribution Equipment domain a strong plus
5+ years Tube bending / Pipe Fitting and related product assembly experience.
Ability to understand hydraulic schematics
Sound mechanical knowledge including threads and thread forms, limits and fits, measuring units and conversions, basic math and mechanics, and properties of materials.
Performs basic mathematical calculations as well as strong interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to demonstrate initiative and assertiveness, the ability to plan and manage work in an efficient manner, and the ability to work well under stress and time pressures.
Demonstrate ability to think innovatively and come up with creative solutions to technical problems
Ability to work towards strict deadlines, able to motivate self and others towards end goal
Possesses the ability to read and comprehend engineering drawings and/or blueprints

Glass to Glass LLC, a local recycling organization located in Portland, Oregon, is seeking a qualified individual to perform Plant Manager duties in a "state of the art" facility recently upgraded with new sorting equipment. The Plant Manager is responsible for managing the overall operation of the facility, including health and safety, manufacturing, administration, and workforce development.
Your Role:
In this role, you will be accountable for all aspects of the manufacturing operation. In the role of a Warehouse Operator working at the Rocky Mountain Bottling Company in Wheat Ridge Colorado you will be part of the Warehouse Department. You will be responsible for playing an important role in the providing assistance in packaging operations within the glass plant. Our packaging team helps ensure we are able to efficiently and safely prepare pallets, conduct inventory, and assist our operations in the preparation of our bottles.
This position reports to our packaging process leaders and works closely with our production teams.
The Responsibilities:
The warehouse operator position exists to support the Senior Specialist and the Load Building Specialist in providing uninterrupted service to the production process, by building and storing pallets of finished ware.
The building of pallets requires the ability to run Emmeti palletizers, pallet strappers and the pallet stretch wrapper.
The operator will coordinate shipments with customers and vendors and prepare the appropriate paperwork.
The operator will also perform other duties as assigned, including, but not limited to, providing physical inventories, handling of suspect ware for quality, diagnosis of mechanical problems, maintaining a clean work environment and making a positive contribution to the assigned warehouse team.
