Previous experience as a Blower Door Testing Technician is preferred.

The Station Tech (Apparatus) position requires lifting/carrying of up to 78 lbs. and pushing/pulling/rolling/manipulating 140 lbs. bottles of nitrogen, hydrogen, and SF6 occasionally. Pushing of up to 110 lbs. force and pulling of up to 140 lbs. force is required occasionally to open /close disconnects, fuses, and air breaks. Reaching up to shoulder level is performed frequently and shoulder level/above/overhead occasionally with/without a loaded hot stick (up to 35 lbs.). Kneeling is required frequently at times and crouching, stooping/bending, and crawling occasionally in working in enclosed spaces such as breaker tanks. Climbing of ladders and onto transformers is performed as well as sustained reaching while working from elevated lifts occasionally. Driving is performed frequently of up to 200 miles. Standing/walking is performed continuously for up to 7,000-8,000 steps (4 miles). Applicant must be able to perform the essential functions of the job without posing a direct threat of harm to self, others, or property. Job placement is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment, post-offer Employment Test (POET) and Department of Transportation (DOT) medical exam.
Completion of the following required IPC training:
PPE, Additional safety related training may be required, Bucket Rescue, Job Site Protection, Lockout/Tagout, Hazard Communication, Confined Enclosed/Space, Distribution System Protection, Distribution Transformers, and Below the Hook Rigging Devices. Additional safety related training may be required.
Immediately enroll in the Stations Technician Apprenticeship Program. Complete required Company training (including safety) within 60 days, and as scheduled thereafter. Additional safety related training may be required.
Travel inside and outside IPC service territory. Live within regionally established distances from operations centers. Provide own set of hand tools.

Principle Duties, Responsibilities, and Authority
Reviews orders from a defined specification sheet or receives instructions from Supervisor to ensure that materials and specifications are correct.
Operates and repairs basic machinery.
Performs start-up and shutdown procedures for production line.
Assists with set up process for assigned machine with roll stand, board feeder, imprint unit, labeler, press head, stripper, rivet assembly, etc. as required by line and job specifications.
Operates and makes necessary adjustments to produce a quality product.
Checks quality of raw material and finished products utilizing gauges, tools, and specifications.

Operates chain hoist or other equipment to load raw material.
Manually loads and unloads smaller rolls of material up to 45 lbs each.

Glass Technician - Rapid Repair
The Flat Rate Technician diagnoses and performs repairs on all vehicle components with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and manufacturer/factory standards.
Performs vehicle inspections, troubleshooting and testing to determine required or recommended repairs

Seeking a nurturing glass instructor/studio manager who will foster interest in creating art with glass by teaching beginning and continuing fused glass classes. This position will also supervise Glass Studio times.
Instruction will include proper use of tools, safety procedures, the art of glass cutting, tacking and fusing glass, the use of molds for slumping and draping and the significance of glass compatibility.
Classes will be held one weeknight per week, and will last approximately 3 hours long and run for 5 - 6 weeks.
Instructor will confer with the Art Studios Manager to help maintain appropriate inventories of glass supplies and tools.
