RESPONSIBILTIES:· Review and understand job ticket with operator and determine necessary inputs for production.· Operate an aerator machine and deliver aerated loads to the cutting machines.· Remove loads from the cutter to the staging area that have been cut.· Use a banding machine to prepare pallets of material for shipment or storage.· Adjust the machine feeding mechanism to maximize production.· Mount stripping tools, blanking tools, swords and other task alone or with assistance.· Understand the controls of the feeder console and auxiliary controls for the operating systems.· Perform basic maintenance of the equipment by following a written task list.· Perform quality inspection of material to ensure product quality to the next process and customer.· Complete necessary documentation and reports.· Willing to help other team members by helping lift larger or bulky items when needed.· Preform other duties as assigned by manager, supervisor, lead person, press operator.

RESPONSIBILITY: Under the direction of the operator as administered by the foreman,the helper has the responsibility of assisting in the set-up and operation ofthe machine to insure that quality products are achieved at a constant rate ofspeed in accordance with machine standards.

Responsible for the quality of the productmanufactured concerning packaging, labeling, and stacking.
Stack bundles in accordance with the Pallet StackingProcedure as follows: Pick up bundlesfrom delivery table and place on pallets per stacking procedure. Pallet height begins five inches off thefloor and product is stacked up to 65" high. Ensure that pallet loads are accurately counted, tagged, and entered onthe production report, when directed by the operator.
Ensure that job duties are performed in a safemanner.
When changing the job to run a different pattern:
Helpremove the make-ready plate & die (approx. 180 lbs.) by pulling them out ofmachine, lifting up, and lowering to the floor. The make-ready plate & die are located 48 inches high from thefloor, and must be pulled out of the machine 51 inches.
Helpreplace the die with a different die pattern.
Helpremove the support plate, which weighs approx. 10-20 lbs.
Helpremove the pin cylinder, change pins if broken, and replace cylinder inmachine. Pin cylinder is located 50inches high from the floor and weighs approx. 136 lbs.
Helpadjust blank support wires by tightening adjustment screw, which are located 50inches from the floor and approx. 34 inches toward the center of the machine.
Changethe cutter gears by squatting down on your knees, using a 2 ¼" open-end wrenchto loosen, then lift out. Replace withthe correct cutter gear.
Helpclean blanks out of machine by reaching about 32 inches toward the middle ofthe machine at a height of approx. 50 inches and removing rejected blanks.
Helpre-install make-ready plate and die, approx. 180 lbs., by lifting from thefloor.
Helpchange Transfer Plate.
Assist the operator to feed new board through themachine as follows:
Helpoperator flip roll stands, moving empty roll away and placing new roll inposition.
Helpoperator manually turn the new roll for two rounds, cut board off square, tapenew roll to the end of the old roll by reaching approx. 38 inches across themachine.
Helpfeed the roll through the machine after it is turned on. If the board breaks, the operator must handfeed the machine, approx. 55 inches high, by guiding the board over the rolls. Sometimes the helper may be required to climbon top of the machine to feed the board through the rolls.
Afterthe operator has turned the machine on for a production run, proceed asfollows: Help to set delivery wheels and catch wheel by reaching approx. 30inches in from the edge of the machine using a wrench to tighten the deliverywheel at a height of approx. 50 inches. Assist in the inspection of the product coming off the machine to assurethat quality standards are maintained.
Handleand stack the product as follows: Pick up bundles weighing between approx. 19& 58 lbs. from a 45 inch high machine table, turn 90 degrees, and walk to pallet,stoop down, and stack boxes per the Stacking Procedure. Pallet height begins 30 inches off the floorand the product is stacked up to 65 inches high.
Follow all instructions that are issued on the workjacket and advise the foreman of any incorrect of non-recorded information thatis necessary for proper set-up and operation.
Adhere to the food safety standards per SCT's AIBcertification requirements.
Maintain a safe, clean and orderly working area.
Adjust to, and follow, new procedures andinnovations, which would add to the efficiency and safety of the operation.

The team leader is responsible for supervising the enamel glass powder, glass lavatory, and paint operations of the Cast Iron Division. The team leader works with a team of hourly production associates, technicians and support staff to ensure a safe work environment and deliver quality product, on-time, to our customers.
The work schedule for this position is 3rd shift in a 4 days on/4 days off rotation. When the schedule covers weekends, the team leader operates the batching and melting control room.
Ensure associates are working safely, conduct safety training, and audit the work area to maintain safe working conditions. Investigate, report, and follow through on safety issues and safety improvement opportunities.
Complete standard work assignments and report on the status of operations to the following shift. Conduct "Tool Box" communication meetings with hourly associates.
Work with maintenance and engineering staff to resolve equipment operation issues.
Train hourly associates and monitor performance to ensure the work is being performed in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Monitor product quality to ensure the products delivered to enameling operations are within Kohler specifications.
Maintain payroll records and perform other administrative tasks as required to support department operations.

Glass Tech In Training
The ACES Auto Glass Technician-In Training is an entry-level role for individuals starting a career in the Auto Glass Repair and Replacement. The Glass Technician In-Training will be working hands-on with a Trainer/Mentor while being responsible for repairing or replacing all assigned windshields or other automotive glass according to the written repair order and Abra processes. Position will be required to prepare for and demonstrate tasks, and pass assigned tests and certifications.
Review work orders and corresponding notes to complete repair or replacement according to the documentation on the work order.
Complete a parts review for accuracy prior to beginning repair and notify the CSM or CSR of any incorrect or damaged parts.
Inspect vehicle with customer to identify the proper vehicle is on the work order. Identify any possible problems on vehicle such as rust and/or vehicle damage that may affect the windshield installation. Disclose problems to the customer and document all problems or vehicle conditions on work order.
Perform all repair procedures according to vehicle manufacturer specifications and/or company policy.
Follow proper safety guidelines when working with hazardous materials.
Use all adhesives and their primers in accordance with the adhesive manufacturer guidelines and/or company policy.
Complete assembly of vehicle-to-vehicle manufacturer specifications and company policies.
Clean vehicle of all debris and/or glass that may be a result of the glass being damaged by impact and/or repair process; including any excess materials on visible surfaces.
Perform a final inspection with the customer and get customer's signature on all paperwork if possible.
Complete all assigned paperwork as required including notes on moldings used or not used.
Comply with all Abra Auto Body of America safety procedures and guidelines.
Follow all recommended procedures for care and maintenance of all equipment.
Maintain a clean and organized work area. This may be either a mobile van or a repair center environment.
Perform other duties as required to successfully meet the needs of the business.
No experience required. Preference for individuals who have a demonstrated strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude.
High school diploma or GED
POSITION REQUIREMENTS / OTHER:
Must be 18 years old by the start of the program.
Must have strong attention to detail and solid mechanical aptitude.
Ability to interact respectfully and professionally with mentor, customers and repair center team.
Must be willing to take instruction and work direction from multiple parties and work as part of a team.
Must maintain a valid state driver's license in order to drive any customer or company vehicle.
Demonstrate commitment to continued learning by participation in Abra/industry-required training.

The responsibilities for the Die Cutter are as follows: Maintain safe work habits and a safe working environment in the Die Cutting area. Assure that Standard Operating Procedures are followed through all processes of make ready, quality deliverables and general maintenance on the Die Cutting Machine. Serve as the leader of the team assigned to the set-up, operation and daily maintenance of the Die Cutter Machine. Oversee the operation of all components of the Die Cutting Machine, from feeding through delivery. Perform fine-tune adjustments during the course of production Work directly with leads, Supervisor, Department Manager on approvals and quality checks. Utilize communication skills with operators, Leads and supervision regarding the control of operation and quality of product on the Die Cutting Machine Maintain & control all documentation pertaining to the set-up, operation, quality control and maintenance of the Die Cutting machine Review work orders, blueprints, specifications, or job samples to determine components, settings, and adjustments for cutting and slicing machines. What You Need to Succeed: High School Diploma/GED and Basic Computer Skills Ability to setup a Die Cutter to cut various types of layouts Ability to build spot sheet to cut various types of layouts at high speed Ability to setup stripping unit and blankers to obtain maximum amount of stripping at high speed Mechanical aptitude, attention to detail and excellent communication skills are a must. Use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems Ability to determine causes of operating errors and decide how to handle it Ability to quickly and repeatedly adjust the controls of a machine to exact positions Ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong.
