POSITION SUMMARY:
Installs glass in windows, skylights, store fronts, and display cases, or on surfaces such as building fronts, interior walls, and ceilings by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Knowledge and ability to install a variety of framing systems from storefront to curtain wall
Glaze a variety of substrates including glass, composite paneling and polycarbonate
Install both residential and commercial (small and large) applications
Good communication skills with supervisor, project managers, customers and co-workers
Ability to layout and plan work to keep the project on schedule
Knowledge and application of current safety regulations
Hardware experience helpful
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Can supervise up to 10 other glaziers and glazier helpers depending on the job

The Automotive Service Technician is responsible for swiftly and accurately performing automotive repairs and service in accordance with store and factory standards while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards.
Diagnose cause of malfunction.
Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.
Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.

Glass to Glass LLC, a local recycling organization located in Portland, Oregon, is seeking a qualified individual to perform Plant Manager duties in a "state of the art" facility recently upgraded with new sorting equipment. The Plant Manager is responsible for managing the overall operation of the facility, including health and safety, manufacturing, administration, and workforce development.
Your Role:
In this role, you will be accountable for all aspects of the manufacturing operation. Through the performance indicators you will drive improvement throughout the organization and lead the focus on continuous plant improvement to meet manufacturing objectives with emphasis on customer quality and customer service.
Your Responsibilities:
Overall plant responsibility for Health & Safety, manufacturing, administration, workforce development, to meet outlined goals and objectives.
The ability to monitor, schedule, and oversee preventative maintenance and productive maintenance in accordance with OEM and Operational recommendations.
Develop training plans and identify training programs using performance management tools and develop succession planning for key operational positions.
Works with appropriate plant leadership to develop a plan for process improvement in the plant. Includes operational improvements, training to improve employee skills, and identifying opportunities to reduce costs.
Ensures both inbound and outbound material are within outlined specification, on time and properly documented for invoicing.
Promotes and supports team building and employee empowerment. Ensures excellent plant communications.
Reviews and communicates the performance of team members and holds them accountable for achieving plant goals.

Qualifications
