At least three years' driving experience and no more than 6 points on your licence.
To be comfortable with a physically demanding job, loading and unloading your van, and delivering orders to customers' doors.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including some early mornings and late nights.

Owing to expansion within CH2M's National Governments Sector, we are currently recruiting for pioneering Risk Managers to join growing Defence teams operating across UK based locations. We are seeking a Risk Manager who has a passion to work with our client teams to review, analyse, develop and improve the effectiveness of existing processes in relation to P3M delivery and transformational change. Assisting the client in their delivery of complex projects to time, cost and quality with a commitment to safety.
The Risk Manager will provide P3M consultancy on site with client teams which will involve the production of risk analysis plans, analysing trends, mitigating threats and developing opportunities. The role is focussed on championing the development, production, promulgation and review of risk management practices utilising the principles appropriate to the achieving the agreed vision and strategy. The role is high profile undertaking complex planning activity whilst assisting the development of client teams through coaching, mentoring and knowledge transfer. Key responsibilities will include:
Provide generalist Risk Consultancy on site with clients, including analysis, definition of the risk register, risk management training, development of policy/process to support risk management integration.
Review, analyse and develop strategies to improve client risk management.
Champion the development of client risk management policies, procedures, and tools.
Consult with clients to manage threats and opportunities in order to mitigate risk.
Influence clients to implement suggestions for exposure/risk reduction.
Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with internal and external stakeholders in order to support the client's management of risk.
Engage with client and Industry stakeholders to advise on the implementation of the Risk Management Strategy and Plan. Personal Attributes:
Knowledge of the Nuclear and/or Defence industry and working in a high profile Tier 1, Prime and/or subcontractor organisation.
Able to operate autonomously, with authority, skilled in developing and building relationships.Experience in the use of P3M practices and a specialist in the application of advanced risk management tools.
Consultancy focus with a proven track record in delivery. Able to identify client requirements and scope wider business opportunities.
Skilled in the provision of coaching and mentoring. The minimum qualifications for this position are:
Educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant subject Management of Risk Practitioner. Master in Insurance & Risk Management. APMP - Certified Project Management Associate.
