Sweep and mop kitchen floors, scrub walls and trashcans, pick up trash in assigned areas and clean floor mats.
Dismantle stoves, ovens, grills, and broilers on a daily basis or as required by departmental procedures.
Clean and sanitize pots, pans, utensils and other kitchen equipment remaining from dinner service in accordance to departmental standards.
Clean and wipe down designated equipment, machinery, walls, sinks, shelves, counters and storage boxes following specified cleaning instructions and safety precautions.
Clean lower stove areas such as grills, hoods, ovens, stove tops and deep fryers.
Work as a Kitchen Worker or Pot Washer as needed.
Consistently inspects for needed repairs such as loose screws, etc. and reports them to their immediate supervisor.
Transport garbage containers from kitchen and work areas to dumpster; empty and clean according to standards.
Scrape each item with a wire brush and apply cleaning solution, clean ventilation units inside and out.
Maintain written record of all equipment cleaned and/or those needing special attention.
Disassemble and reassemble machinery for cleaning purposes.
Stock assigned items in storage and outlets.
Adhere to strict services standards and follow established service sequences.

Clean all surfaces of ovens, grills, hot line burners, hoods/filters, deep fat fryers, steam kettles, steam tables, warming trays, broilers in accordance with departmental standards.
Clean, wipe down and polish stainless steel surfaces in designated areas according to specifications.
Remove grease from grease trap and clean to standards.
Use designated chemicals, supplies and equipment to clean various floor surfaces (brooms, mops, stripper, buffer, etc.).
Remove all debris from floor drains and clean with specified chemicals.
Clean garbage compactor room and all surfaces according to departmental procedures; check deodorizer level and report substandard levels.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of supply/storage closets; remove trash, wipe down shelves/counters; clean floors; remove items which do not belong and place in correct areas.
Perform all other job related duties as requested.
Required:
At least 6 months of previous experience as a Kitchen Worker or Stove Cleaner.
Working knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Working knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
Working knowledgeable of industrial dish/glass washer, mop, broom, scrub brush, scrappers, large garbage cans, kitchen equipment, rubber gloves and plastic smocks.
Ability to wear rubber gloves to handle hot kitchenware and use hands to separate, open and insert plastic bags into can.

Derrick Hand
The Derrick worker is part of the crew thatworks on a workover rig and is responsible for servicing oil and gas wells. Theduties of the Derrick worker include performing all tasks from an elevatedposition (the tubing board, rod basket or the derrick). The Derrick worker willalso assist in rigging-up or down, picking up or laying down pipe, and otherfunctions specified by the customer or well operator. All duties are to beperformed according to standard operating procedures in order to maximize thesafety of all personnel at the worksite and to efficiently perform thetask. If the Derrick worker is notperforming a task from an elevated position, then he will assist the Floorworker or will be instructed accordingly by the rig operator or rig supervisor.
Essential Functions of Job:
1.Rigging-up and down:TheDerrick worker will normally be responsible for all elevated work associatedwith rigging-up or down. This would also include pulling and tightening theguylines or other functions associated with a rig up or down of the rig.
2.Servicing the well:TheDerrick worker will be responsible for all work performed from the tubing board,rod basket or derrick. When not in the derrick it may include transferring pipefrom the pipe racks or truck trailer to the elevators. For standing pipe, the
Derrick worker assists in lifting the pipe from the rack onto the work floor orvice versa. The Derrick worker may need to work floors or operate the rig. Each job will be slightly different, buta Derrick worker will generally always be required to position, lift, attach,install and work with casing, drill pipe, tubing and associated well equipmentsuch as pumps, light plants, etc.
3.Training: This position requires various types anddegrees of job related training with respect to rig operation and operatingprocedures in addition to other specialized training such as HazardCommunication, Lock out/Tag out and H2S. The Derrick worker is required toattend all training and safety meetings unless otherwise instructed by the AreaManager.

Summary
This position provides a wide variety of cleaning services and other related duties required to keep facilities in a clean and orderly condition. This position covers the terminal cleaning instructions for surgical/invasive areas and delivery rooms. Per hospital requirements, wear a scrub outfit, cap, mask (if required), rubber gloves, and conductive booties equipped with a black insulating strap on the bottom (to displace any electrical charges). Use a clean mop and a clean cloth for each case.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare germicidal solution as directed.
Use both hands to remove the liners from the waste receptacles and linen hampers.
Do not allow liners to touch your body.
Insert new liners.
Some liners are color-coded for specific uses.
Remove all waste and linen from the area.
Damp wipe the overhead light fixtures, ledges, and vents with a wall washer dipped in germicidal solution.
Wash all walls and wall vents.
Wring out a cloth in germicidal solution.
Damp wipe waste receptacles and linen hampers.
Damp wipe the surgical light with germicidal solution.
Damp wipe the operating table from top to bottom, unless it is already clean.
Damp wipe all the furniture (from top to bottom) around the perimeter of the room.
Damp wipe clean all surgical scrub areas and sinks from top to bottom with a solution-dampened cloth.
Be sure to dry off all stainless steel surfaces including knee handles.
Damp wipe all wall-mounted view charts, blackboards, surgical cabinet glass, and room furniture.
Mix a clean germicidal solution in the five-quart pail.
Move the furniture to one side of the room.
Place a Wet Floor sign at the entrance of the room.
Flood the floor with germicidal solution.
Scrub one side of the floor with a low-speed floor machine.
Use a WetVac to remove the solution from the side you just finished scrubbing.
Move the furniture to the cleaned side of the room and repeat floor scrubbing procedure.
Use a WetVac to remove the solution.
Remove the Wet Floor sign when the floor is dry.
Wash the rubber gloves in clean germicidal solution while they are on your hands.
Remove the gloves and allow them to air-dry.
Inspect the room
Report any needed repairs.
Correct any deficiencies.
Clean all equipment and store in an orderly fashion.
Notify the Surgery or Delivery Supervisor that the room is ready for the next case.
Inspection Standards
Cleaning is done promptly and efficiently, within the time limits set by the Hospital.
Floor is clean and free of dust, debris, and bodily fluids.
Stainless steel is clean and free of body fluids and streaks.
Furniture, fixtures, and ledges are clean and free of dust and body fluids.

Job Description:
Certified Hand Therapist- Las Vegas
Individual must be a CHT.
Responsible for the evaluation and treatment of patients at various ATI clinics, as assigned, based on clinic need. Overall treatment of patients will include hands-on and written evaluation, development of plan of care, and ongoing treatment with patients through all phases of occupational therapy. Position requires ensuring every patient receives a unique experience through a comprehensive, thorough, and customized occupational therapy regimen with an emphasis on quality care provided in a friendly and encouraging environment.

Accountability/Impact:
Ability to provide a comprehensive evaluation of a patient and develop a patient care plan. Prescribe appropriate manual therapy and exercise progressions, delegate to a qualified individual. Documentation is fully compliant per payer type in a timely manner.

Essential Functions:
1.Ensure every patient receives a thorough, comprehensive, and customized occupational therapy
regimen, while receiving a unique experience.
2.Provide a written and hands on evaluation and immediate treatment of incoming patient conditions to determine appropriate occupational treatment programs, and consult with Clinic Director or referring
physicians regarding diagnosis.
3. Ongoing scheduling of patients to ensure fluid treatment progression.
4. Develop and implement Occupational Therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
5. Assist patients with all phases of Occupational Therapy treatment and techniques to include:
- exercise instruction (both in-clinic and take home instruction)
- manual therapy techniques
- modalities
- activities of daily living
- functional/total body progressions
6.Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in
patient's medical record after each visit.
7. Complete daily patient care notes, progress notes, discharge notes and other required forms as requested by treating physicians, rehab nurses or insurance companies.
8. Ensure daily treatment notes for all patients are complete prior to end of day.
9. Fabricate or recommend an appropriate splint per physician protocol.
10.Consult with Clinic Director or referring physicians regarding patient diagnosis, and communicate
changes via progress notes.
11. Provide continuous communication with referring physicians, Occupational Therapy Assistants and Athletic Trainers regarding patient therapy and equipment.
12. Communicate with Occupational Therapy Assistants and Athletic Trainers regarding re-evaluation findings to continually modify and update treatment programs.
13. Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
14. Complete weekly Caseload tool within assigned timeframes.
15. Accurately document treatments rendered in the appropriate patient's medical record.
16.Ensure billing amounts on daily notes match treatment time and that all units of treatment are
accounted for.
17.Ensure billing is accurate and complete prior to signing off on the daily note in accordance with Company policy, state practice act, and federal regulations, including but not limited to HIPAA,
Medicare and Medicaid.
18. Review and co-sign notes of all patients treated by auxiliary personnel under OT's direct supervision.
19. Ensure all patients are discharged with a positive outcome and experience or have been proactively referred to the next step to address limitations and/or complaints originally presented.
20. Follow-up with discharged patients, maintaining Company's service standards.
21. Participate in monthly meetings/caseload rounds with Clinic Director to review CPM scores and review patient comment surveys.
22. Attend and participate in all focus of the day meetings.
23. The ability to perform occupational therapy at multiple clinics as required.

Job Description:
1. Ensure every patient receives a thorough, comprehensive and customized occupational therapy regimen, while receiving a unique experience.
2. Provide a written and hands-on evaluation and immediate treatment of incoming patient conditions to determine appropriate treatment programs. Consult with clinic director or referring physicians regarding diagnosis.
3. Ensure fluid treatment progression via ongoing scheduling of patients.
4. Develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
5. Assist patients with all phases of occupational therapy treatment and techniques.
6.Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in
patient's medical record after each visit.
7. Complete daily patient care notes, progress notes, discharge notes and other required forms as requested by treating physicians, rehab nurses or insurance companies.
8. Consult with clinic director or referring physicians regarding patient diagnosis and communicate changes via progress notes.
9. Provide continuous communication with referring physicians, occupational therapy assistants and athletic trainers regarding patient therapy and equipment.
10. Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
11. Maintain friendly, cordial relations with all clients and employees.

The Warehouse Equipment Operator, under the direction of the Warehouse or Facility Supervisor, performs a variety of duties associated with maintenance and repair of the building and grounds, field and shop equipment, and assists in the Shop area with different duties as required.
Essential job duties include:
Supports, complies with, and participates in HSE Program.
Manages the day-to-day yard related activities and/or assignments to ensure proper organization, maintenance and condition of the equipment.
Performs continuous improvement process reviews to update and improve safety and equipment condition.
Responsible for receiving, shipping and repairing of items not considered equipment (i.e. baskets, work platforms, bottle racks & etc.).
Tracks Equipment Operator's training and certifications to operate equipment within the yard.
Inspects work in progress and finished paperwork to ensure processes are followed.
Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations.
Conducts assigned tasks safely and incident free.
Exercises STOP WORK AUTHORITY whenever unsafe conditions, practices, or at risk behavior is observed.
Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet operational schedules.
Recommends measures to improve restoration methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.
Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of work crew.
Responsible for maintaining the completed inspection forms for all yard equipment.
Operates diesel powered mobile crane and/or Fork Lift to move products, equipment, or materials to and from storage areas, and processes, or to load and unload trucks on an as needed basis.
Will be required, on a frequent basis, to assist Riggers or perform the complete Rigging function.
Supports and participates in the organization's Continual Improvement Program to conform to ISO 9001 requirements by complying with Quality Policies and Procedures and meeting Quality Objectives.
Performs other duties as assigned.
