POSTING TEXT ## Purpose of Position Lifeguards with the College for Kids swim program are responsible for overseeing all activities in the pool and surrounding areas, enforcing safe practices and performing basic lifesaving skills if necessary.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities The following are duties that are normal for this position

Monitor all activity in and around the Hatheway pool area including the locker rooms, pool deck and pool.
Enforce safety policies for all pool patrons.
Perform basic first aid and CPR if necessary.
Minimum Qualifications Minimum Training and Experience Required to Perform Essential Job Functions
Ability to exercise good judgment in establishing and enforcing safe pool usage
Ability to relate well with the public
Dependable and reliable
Team player and ability to work effectively with others
Must be 16 years of age or older
Must hold Lifeguard training certificate including current CPR and First Aid certifications
Must successfully complete all pre-employment checks, including but not limited to drug testing and background check
Availability to work evenings and Saturdays on as needed basis

GENERAL SUMMARY: The Sales Associate acts as a point of contact for our customers. The duties of the Sales Associate include assisting customers in locating and purchasing merchandise, operating the cash register, stocking merchandise, recovering merchandise, cleaning the store, and performing other duties as assigned by the Store Manager to maximize store profitability and customer satisfaction while protecting company assets. Provide excellent customer service, greet and assist customers.
Operate cash register and scanner to itemize and total customer’s purchase, collect payment from customers and make change, bag merchandise, and assist customers with merchandise as necessary.
Follow company merchandise processes; unpack, stock, restock, and rotate merchandise on shelves and build merchandise displays.
Clean the store, take out trash, dust and mop store floors, clean restroom and receiving room, and help set up sidewalk displays. KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS:
Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills.
Understanding of safety policies and practices.
Ability to read and follow planogram and merchandise presentation guides.
Knowledge of basic cash handling procedures.
Basic mathematical skills.
Ability to perform cash register functions.
