Reclaimer - 2Nd Shift 1:30Pm - 10:30Pm
POSITION SUMMARY: Reclaimers are responsible for the degreasing of newly stretched screens and the cleaning of existing screens that have gone through the print production process. Reclaimers must follow strict measures and operating procedures to assure all screens meet department standards and ensure consistent quality of the frames for reuse. The Reclaimer is responsible for the cleanliness of the reclaim area and proper daily use and maintenance of the equipment required to reclaim screens. Schedule is traditionally 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Pull dirty screens from the reclaim racks into reclaim bays according to the priorities established by frame type needed
Remove old screen tags and tape from the inside edge of the frames to be cleaned
Remove residual ink from the frame and screen mesh in accordance with GSP and industry specifications
Remove the stencil from the screen mesh in accordance with GSP and industry specifications
Use the appropriate chemicals to dehaze and degrease the screen mesh
Vacuum excess water out of all reclaimed screens after cleaning and place in proper staging racks
Restock all chemicals/supplies used in the reclaim area prior to the end of each shift
Communicate technical issues or problems to SMR Shift Team Leader and or Screenprint Production Supervisor
Complete daily & weekly paperwork as required
Maintain cleanliness of reclaim area
Assist with training and coaching of other as required
SKILLS:

Leadership Curriculum: Learn components of leadership; building a presence on the sales floor, conducting coaching and feedback conversations, and hiring procedures.
Store and Department Standards: Review overall store organization and standards.
Department Specifics: Participate in tasks for department so you'll be able to lead from within.
Ad Planning/Merchandising: Review display standards, ad schedules, ad production and communication plans.
Financial Reporting: Prepare to speak to the data for your department and store (shrink, contribution to overhead, gross profit, labor, etc). Interpret financial results, know department financials and read weekly and monthly reports to celebrate success and recognize gaps.
Schedules: Understand Festival's Labor optimization tool, how to write schedules, manage projections & requests off.
Qualifications:
Great attitude and the ability to lead and inspire others
2-year or 4-year college degree
Supervisor, team leader, or mentor level experience preferred
Experience in retail, restaurant or grocery environment
Proven conflict management skills
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations with great interpersonal skills
Flexible work schedule including holidays, some nights and weekends
Strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, financial and quantitative analysis
Ability to relocate; regionally or to any Festival Foods location throughout Wisconsin is preferred.
