Specific Responsibilities - include but are not limited to:
Gas up the range picker at the beginning of the shift.
Take range balls out to driving range and prepare all practice pyramids for daily play.
Go to practice green and practice chipping area and clear all golf balls off green and put in baskets.
Provide welcoming "first contact" with each customer or groups of customers and ensure they have an enjoyable experience.
Check with the golf shop for any unusual or special instructions and if the day requires a clean pick to mow the following day.
Be in possession of the daily tee sheet to monitor when busy times will occur.
Keep work area neat and clean at all times
Assist in keeping the course and areas around the practice areas clean, and call attention to golf shop of any maintenance issues needing addressing.
When picking driving range please stay out of sand traps and avoid flag poles when using range picker.
During shift make sure you go down the side closest to 6 Blue and hit balls back into driving range.
After picking the range all balls must be cleaned with ball washer.
At end of day make sure that all pyramids are filled for following mornings play. Clean pick chipping and putting areas and take balls to back of cart barn.

This position is responsible for the cleanliness of the golf operations including carts, driving range, ball machine, rented golf clubs, pro shop, and basement during the golf season. This position is also responsible for working in the cross country ski shop during the winter season.
