This position is responsible for leading assigned Strategic Accounts in the automotive industry for the Industrial Automation Laser Marking team. Aligns domestic vision and strategies with business unit global direction. Develop vision and strategy that promotes laser marker product offerings to potential high growth strategic customers. Increase opportunities and sales at assigned strategic accounts.
Increase opportunities up to $3M+ and sales revenue up to approximately $2M+ at assigned accounts.
Support the divisional CRM strategy to ensure full utilization of CRM process within the assign region and regional team members (Salesforce.com). Drive "Best Few" and "Cadence" reports and pipeline.
Development of Business Plan including but not limited to sales strategies, business metrics, relationship plans, account profiles.
Manage budgets to meet predetermined business plan requirements
Determine current and potential market and product trends. Reports results and makes recommendations to direct manager and the executive team. Monitor competitive products and activities.
Coordinate activities with Product team and Regional Sales team.

The diversity of our operations has recently created an opportunity for a Marker Maker and Digitizer located at our Haverhill, MA location. The Marker Maker, under moderate supervision, prepares garment markers using CAD equipment.
Digitizes patterns for garment development process and makes modifications of the pattern in graphic design software.
Creates and distributes product design and pattern documentation.
Applies standard company grading and ensures quality standards are used during the product development process and for final production.
Applies standard alterations and ensures quality standards are met during the pre-production order processing for special orders.
Prepares and creates patterns from plastic and paper based materials.
Performs such similar, comparable or related duties, as may be required, including guiding and assisting other CAD Marker Makers.
Working level knowledge in the use of CAD (computer-assisted drafting) equipment, and pattern cutting in the garment industry.
Experience: Marker making and CAD experience in the garment manufacturing industry are required.
Skills/Aptitudes: Attention to details; mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity; and data entry, organizational and oral and written communication skills are required.

The Consumer Banking Market Manager will manage a team comprised of field based Relationship Managers.
