Job Summary/Company Information:

  • A Greenwood warehouse that supplies retail customers with various consumer goods such as frames, makeup and small electronics is in need of several Warehouse Associates.
  • Warehouse associates will be processing orders for various retail customers and performing routine warehouse functions.
  • Will be cross trained in multiple departments and rotate job functions on a daily basis.

Pay/Benefits:

  • $11/hour
  • Warehouse located in Greenwood, just outside of Indianapolis

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm or 10am-6pm


Requirements:

  • Must have a clean criminal background and be drug-free.
  • Must be able to handle the physical demands in a fast paced warehouse
  • Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but NOT required!

Seeking general labor help in a food distribution center. Part time and full time positions available. A 4 day work week is offered. Saturday and Sunday availability are a must. All positions are first shift with a 7 a.m. or 8 a.m. start time. Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers in the Tube cell. Possesses a skilled job such as bend, weld or fabricate to create aerospace tubes.

Responsibilities/Duties:

•Monitor job progress & makes necessary adjustments to meet customer’ schedules.

•Verify through shop floor audits the proper use of gauges, tooling, parts boards, routers, prints and other production aids.

•Continue to build a cohesive team and promote a good working relationship between shifts. Resolve issues that arise with consistency and in accordance to the company handbook

•Support and help implement Lean Concepts

•Maintain safety procedures and foster a safe environment

•5S implementation / Maintain Housekeeping / Maintain PM program

•Lead start up production team meetings

•Possesses a knowledge and understanding of tooling, gauges, specifications, procedures.

•Demonstrates strong communication and customer (both internal and external) interface skills.

•All of these objectives must be carried out in a safe and appropriate manner while maintaining an acceptable level of quality and efficiency.

Experience/Education:

•Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent

•Metal fabrication experience preferred

•Tube experience preferred

•Must have experience in a skilled trade such as weld, fabricator, bend, etc.
