THE INITIAL SALES RECRUITER POSITION

As a Sales Recruiter you will be responsible for the sourcing, interviewing, hiring, placement and management of hundreds of our healthcare employees. You will learn the business from the ground up and deliver results that will identify you as the next to be promoted.

WHAT YOU WILL DO AS AN ACCOUNT MANAGER/EXECUTIVE
· Managing sales and marketing efforts to sell healthcare support services
· Directing and managing the development and implementation of home health and medical staffing services.
· Develop and implement sales strategies, expand current business, and identify new opportunities within the homecare/healthcare marketplace and your specified geographic region
· Identify our client's needs and provide Together solutions by utilizing a consultative sales approach
· Sell Together’s services to new and existing clients through cold calling, outbound sales presentations, and networking activities
· Demonstrate excellent sales, negotiation, communication, and problem solving skills in a fast-paced environment
· Provide daily leadership to your team

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, high level of youthful competitive spirit, drive, intuitiveness, ambition to succeed, leadership skills, communication skills, and self-motivation. It doesn’t matter what you received your degree in as long as you have the ability to learn. Your past achievements personally and professionally must demonstrate a driven/success oriented mentality.
