The Transportation Planning Center Guider successful candidate will act as a support to the logistics planning operations and its functions (transportation planning, OpEx project execution, etc.). The Guider role will also act as a feeder role into the Team Lead position providing exposure to tasks/responsibilities assigned to the Team Lead role.
Backup logistics planners in their daily planning responsibilities as required

Provide training to the planning team(onboard new employees, standard work follow up)
Provide support to planners for issue escalation/resolution
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering or related field
2 years' experience in Supply Chain or Transportation preferred
Transportation management systems experience required; experience in OTM preferred
Experience in planning in OTM for all modes
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
Proficiency with Microsoft applications with emphasis on Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members
Ability to perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction
Ability to work within the appropriate level of independence
Ability to travel, as required

Under the general supervision of the Chief of Technical Development, this position leads engineering efforts in optimization, development, integration and operations of the Keck I and Keck II telescope optics. The optics engineer is responsible for the overall delivered image quality to the science instruments. The ideal candidate should be a motivated, self-starter who can manage multiple tasks and priorities within a fast paced environment. Incumbent is expected to have sound knowledge of optical systems.
Play the lead role in optimizing the optical performance of the Keck telescopes to:
Understand and reduce the overall wavefront error budget which consists of contributions from many sources including segment figure errors, active control system noise, phasing and stacking errors, secondary mirror focus tilt, vibrations and dome seeing.
Support the overall optical optimization and efficiency of the science instruments with the telescope, including, for example, developing better ways to focus or align the telescope, or understanding the optical performance of a guider or science instrument.
Perform, along with others, data acquisition, data evaluation, and database management for the purpose of monitoring and optimizing the telescope optics and instrument performance.
Play a lead role in the maintenance of the health of the telescope optics through monitoring, developing safe handling procedures and providing optical expertise in all activities related to the repair of the telescope optics.
Perform, in conjunction with the Optical Systems and Instrument Groups, a role in the commissioning of new science instruments or capabilities and in upgrading existing science instruments and facilities to assure maximum optical performance.
Perform other duties consistent with the scope of the position.
Drive WMKO vehicles as necessary to transport employees to and from the summit in a safe
Masters of Science level degree in optics, physics, or engineering, or equivalent experience.
Five (5) years' experience in optical engineering with practical experience in the alignment, testing, and optimization of telescope and/or instrument optics.
Previous experience in an observatory setting.
Detailed expertise in the following areas: optical testing, opto-mechanical alignment, observing techniques, surveying, data analysis techniques and software, Unix and C programming, optical and opto-mechanical design.
Microsoft Office Proficiency.
Good skills in the areas of written and oral English communication, problem solving, interpersonal working relationships, planning and organizing, quality of work, adaptability and dependability.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Valid driver's license and clean abstract.

Dans le cadre du développement de notre département Aéronautique, Énergie & Systèmes Industriels Rhône-Alpes, nous recherchons un Scrum Master H/F dans le domaine de l'énergie.
Il intègrera une équipe de développement en mode AGILE, d'une application web de gestion informatique de données scientifiques complexes. Le back
End est codé en Java et le front
End en Angular.
Vous aurez pour principales activités de :
- Définir l'organisation agile du projet ;
- Implémenter et être le garant de la bonne application de la méthode Scrum ;
- Maîtriser la productivité de l'équipe et les technologies utilisées par les développeurs afin d'assurer le support du service aux utilisateurs ;
- Guider l'équipe dans l'amélioration continue et créer un environnement facilitant la collaboration équipe/client ;
- S'assurer du respect des bonnes pratiques de développement (qualité, sécurité, performance) ;
- Participer avec l'équipe aux phases de définition d'architecture et de conception technique ;
- Mettre en place et animer les cérémonies agiles (poker planning, sprint planning, daily scrum, revue de sprint, rétrospective) ;
- Accompagner les Product Owners dans l'écriture et la mise à jour des backlogs.
Issu(e) d'un BAC +3/+5, de formation Ingénieur ou équivalent universitaire, vous justifiez de 2 ans d'expériences minimum.

Maîtrise de la méthodologie Agile
Compréhension des tenants et aboutissants techniques
Compétences managériales :
- Conduite de projet (suivi des opérations de production, gestion des risques et du reste à faire, etc.)
