The Account Manager for our Medical Billing Services department (3 permanent positions)
This candidate will provide leadership to billing staff members and contractors performing a variety of medical billing functions:
§ Provide direct supervision of the billing staff
§ Provide oversight of accounts assigned to billing staff
§ Identify trends in credit balance reports and report to client

The Claims Filing Specialist ( 3 permanent positions) - Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
. Purpose: To create a streamline method of claim module maintenance, fresh ticket submission and ticket resubmission for all accounts assigned to the
Billing Services Department..
Need to have at least 5 to 7 years of experience required in the same field. Review and Transmit claims Update Account Manager and Client of recurring issues Maintain the claimsmodule Appeal rejected claim Submit additional information upon request to the payers Reduce the amount of charges in accounts receivable (AR)
● Transmitting Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary Tickets* ○ Follow the guidelines given to you as well as the special instructions given by the Client or Account Manager ○ Once tickets have been scrubbed and updated accordingly, transmit the tickets if given permission to do so by the Account Manager. If you do not have permission, send a report of all tickets that are ready to be transmitted to Account Manager
● Maintain the Claim Module ○ Errors or Info Missing Tickets ■ Work the tickets that you can. ■ Send to Denial Management team to research if necessary.
● Check PaperAppeal holds ○ Denial management team should have collected all required documents and attached them to each patient before placing them on hold. ○ Print documents and submit through mail

What You’ll Do (Including but not limited to)
- Check shop orders to determine any special balance requirements.
- Test run units on balancing machine
- Sets up, adjusts and operates all electronic balancing equipment.
- Reads and interprets appropriate charts and coordinates data from meters to determine compliance.
- Hand ream wheel hubs prior to balancing.
- Operate overhead crane, mig welder, and other basic tools to complete work.
- Print record of wheels and place shop order with appropriate wheels.
- May distribute materials into and out of work area by operating forklift, bridge crane and/or pallet jack.
- Calibrate balancer on a monthly basis.
- Additional duties may be assigned, dependent upon location and product line.
- High school diploma or GED
- 6+ months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 6+ months welding experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals written in English. Ability to read and understand shop orders, change orders, and special balance sheets.
- Knowledge of part and tool names
- Ability to communicate verbally with co-workers in a productive manner.

NW Assembly Services is looking for a BBQ or Bicycle ASSEMBLER 4 to 5 days a week for this season at the local Home Depot's and other retail stores. Training is at $13 per hour for up to a week. We are looking for an experienced Saw Filer. The job repairs band, round, bench or circular saw blades to keep the plant's saws operating efficiently and safely.
This position will work Monday thru Thursday (4/ 10-hour days) supporting the Day shift. Pay will be based on experience. Stimson offers a competitive benefit package.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS DEMONSTRATED: Proficient saw filer. Demonstrated ability to: fit, bench, repair round saws and band saws and complete saw changes.
Strong understanding of machines and saws at Plants and production flow. JOB COMPLEXITY: Competent and proficient filer but primarily files 1-2 types of saws.
Maintains and repairs saws and related equipment at the plant (repair cracks and replace teeth). Able to bench both band and round saws. Complete required preventive maintenance. Assist in machine center lineups.
Can handle all foundational saw filing room duties and responsibilities; needs direction for those requiring extensive experience or expert knowledge. Knife grinding as applicable at the plant. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
