JOB PURPOSE AND REPORTING STRUCTURE
Under the direction of the Associate Supervisor the Stamper is responsible for the operation of various stamping machines.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for checking tooling and material to ensure they match the customer requirements.
Set up presses and make all necessary adjustments to run the machine.
Responsible for first piece inspection to ensure that the parts meet the customer specifications.
Responsible for reporting any problems to the Lead/Setup person and or Supervisor.
Responsible for end run inspection of parts to ensure produced parts meet customer requirements.
Responsible for the safe operation of all stamping machines and tools used in the stamping areas.
Responsible for maintaining a clean work environment.
Operates the Parts Degreaser.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Must be able to use all measuring equipment needed for first piece and end run inspections.
Assist in the startup of the selecting process as needed
Remove the customer's cigarette cases from the accumulating lines making sure to check for the correct states and/or city codes
Set up cigarette stamping machine with correct stamp
Run cartons through cigarette stamping machine, monitoring run to make sure machine (or hot iron) is properly applying stamps of decals and tax right's is working properly
Clean cigarette stamping machine and perform basic maintenance on machine
Maintain daily inventory of stamps
Comply with company work and safety rules
Maintain a safe and clean working environment at all times to meet HACCP and SSOP requirements
Perform these and other duties as directed in a safe and efficient manner
Minimize the loss of tax stamps

Sets up and operates machine that stamps finished cases. Positions dies on plate and makes mechanical adjustments to correctly position impression on finished case. Foil is cut and placed on machine, heat and pressure are controlled to meet customer specification.
Ensures quality by continuously monitoring: Material vs. materials on manufacturing order, matching production run to sample cases, and checking production run for foil coverage.
Continuously controls product waste by assuring that minimum number of cases are used for set up of machine, foil cuts and foil pulls are adjusted.
Maintains proper records, downtime, production sheets, etc.
Performs housekeeping, keeps machine and work area clean.
Any other job or project requested by Department Supervision whether within or in another department.
Must be able to work rotating 12 hour shifts 7AM-7PM

- STATEMENT OF THE JOB
Every full- or part-time Drive Hand is responsible for full service to diesel customers including the proper, safe, and efficient refueling of diesel customers' vehicles. Additionally, Drive Hands are responsible for keeping the outside store area and parking lot clean and free of debris. Each shift will be assigned specific duties and individuals filling those shifts will be responsible for accurate completion of those duties.
THE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:
Observes shift operating hours at all times, as assigned by the Store Manager.
Performs specific tasks as assigned by the Store Manager.
Assists the Store Manager in seeing that the store maintains a store-inspection grade of at least 90% on the store-inspection report.
Adheres to all city, county, state, and federal regulations.
Adheres to all Company policies.
Gives all customers prompt and courteous service.
Follows the work schedule as posted, unless a change in schedule is arranged with the Store Manager.
Stays familiar with the Company Policy Manual, and bulletins.
Ensures the Store Manager is made aware of all sales, cash, or operating discrepancies.
Operates shift within Company guidelines to achieve sales and profit.
Advises the Store Manager of any personnel situations or policy violations having an adverse effect on store operating performance.

Responds to established department emergency procedures for patient safety and care, when necessary.
