As our Technical Architect – Red Hat, you'll:
Articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users
Listen, understand and convey customer requirements
Assist sales team in selection and sizing of appropriate product for customer's specific requirements
Be responsible for driving Red Hat opportunities with sales and customers
Scope & present proposals to customers and work with sales to ensure closure of sale
Have the ability to develop business cases, cost/benefit analysis, pricing models and forecasts
Maintain professional business relationships within target accounts as well as develop new opportunities
Help Customers modernize data centers with open, software-defined platforms & solutions
Guide customers to create a new mindset for improving process, automation and control
Articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users
Communicate efficiently with customer key stakeholders and have the ability to explain and scope out requirements to achieve their business and operational objectives
As our ideal candidate you'll also have:
