What Material Handling contributes to Cardinal Health
Uses a variety of equipment such as forklifts, conveyers, cranes, handcarts, and power trucks to move materials, parts, assemblies and finished products or goods within a plant, office or warehouse. May maintain records.
Responsible for transporting the cloth rolls from the weave room to the cloth room.
Must observe all safety precautions and regulations at all times in all areas where duties are performed. Will be responsible for reporting all safety hazards and potential unsafe working conditions. Must attend all monthly scheduled Safety Meetings.
Retrieve cloth tubes from storage racks.
Transport cloth tube on buggy to weave room and push buggy to loom being doffed.
Stop loom. Use channel lock pliers to release handle on bracket to release tension on tube.
Doff cloth and cut cloth from loom roll.
Load empty tube back in loom. Wrap cloth around tube, tighten brackets, and start loom.
Pick up cloth doffed and put on cloth buggy.
Transport cloth to cloth room
High School Diploma/ GED or one to three months' related experience and/or training preferred.
0-6 months of previous work experience preferred.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.

Head Nursery Attendant (Sbdcrc)
The Department of Parks, Recreation and Tourism offers a nursery for our patrons for children ranging from infant to age 12, at various sites. We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team.
The Head Nursery attendant will be the lead on the shift, overseeing staff, responsible for ensuring that State Licensing Standards and protocols are being met, high quality customer service, handling customer issues/inquires, activity implementation/coordination, safety and monitoring day to day operations. Head Nursery Attendants must complete an additional 16 hours of training per year in a child related field. Must be at least 21 years old.
The nursery is opened Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon and 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. We also offer Saturday morning hours. The idea candidate will work a flexible schedule to include weekdays and some evenings and Saturdays.
The Department of Parks, Recreation and Tourism conducts criminal background checks on all hires age 18 and above. Additional background checks through the State Police and Central Registry are conducted on all hires working with children. Fingerprinting is required.

Education and Experience
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Must meet one of the following qualifications: (a) Endorsement or bachelors degree in a child related field from an accredited college or university. (b) 48 semester hours or 72 quarter hours of college credit from an accredited college or university of which 12 semester hours or 18 quarter hours are in subjects relating to the group care of children. (c) Two years of programmatic experience with one year in a staff supervisory capacity and at least one of the following educational backgrounds (1) One-year early childhood certificate from a college or university that consists of at least 30 semesters hours (2) High school program completion or equivalent and 480 hours of working with children in a group which could include a supervised practicum. Must complete an additional 16 hours of training per year in a child related field.
Must have the use of sensory skills in order to effectively communicate and interact with other employees and the public through the use of the telephone and personal contact as normally defined by the ability to see, read, talk, hear, handle or feel objects and controls;
Must have physical capability to effectively use and operate various items of office related equipment, such as, but not limited to a, personal computer, calculator, copier, and fax machine;

Global Head - Rx To OTC Switches
To lead Sanofi Consumer Healthcare (CHC) global RX to OTC Switch function comprising of both the currently active projects as well as exploration of new territories within the 4 strategic areas of Digestive, Pain, Cough & Cold / Allergy & Nutritionals.
This role is a key leadership position responsible for the cross functional switch team comprising of Business Lead, Medical, Regulatory, PV and Category. The direct reports (individual project leads) are based out of the US, Europe and Japan.
This is a pivotal position to help Sanofi Consumer Healthcare (CHC) realize its mission to become the best consumer healthcare business in the world and be the leader in transformative RX-OTC switch.
Rx-to-OTC current switch projects:
Lead the 3 significant switch projects in the active pipeline to fruition.
Define Sanofi CHC's switch strategy on a global level comprising of both the near term and long term growth drivers.
Oversee further switch projects being developed at a more regional/local level
Set up a successful operating model that allows for review and progress across each of the 4 identified strategic areas of Digestive, Pain, Cough & Cold/ Allergy and Nutritionals. Ensure projects are reviewed in the right forums with cross functional teams and timely review process is in place involving the executive group
Guarantee a successful collaboration with the Switch partner (where relevant)
Leverage new technologies and tools to further enhance switch projects.
New avenues exploration:
- Identify and explore other transformational new switch opportunities in the 4 categories. To succeed in this area, it will be important to stay close to the competitive environment and CHC's own business priorities. An important element is to be able to monitor and interpret changes in the healthcare policy in focus markets.
Lead and inspire the cross functional team and direct reports on switches to deliver high performance; set objectives for the team and for individuals, measure achievement and offe necessary support
Transversal team leadership is key in this role – as this position collaborates with almost all the functions within the business
Direct experience in leading large scale switch projects within multinational OTC/pharma industry is a must.
Additional commercial leadership (category head, marketing head etc) experience highly desired
Minimum 12 years professional experience
Knowledge and experience outside the US highly desired
Experience in creatively leveraging emerging technologies to accelerate the data & scientifically driven switch process in the US (e.g. comprehension, self-recognition, self-selection, and appropriate use).

Secondary focus will be broad responsibility (working with MUFG's Corporate Development team) for TBA's business development activities in support of the business's inorganic strategies, including acquisitions/joint ventures/partnerships.
Work jointly within the Solutions Enablement Group and other senior leaders in Transaction Banking to understand what projects / issues / strategic efforts are ongoing that will "move the needle" and help TBA continue to grow at multiples of the industry and achieve its goals of doubling in size again over the next 3-5 years
The successful incumbent will be "out in front" providing thought leadership around how to keep revenue and profitability growing (they are currently increasing at 4X the industry)
Will work alongside of the leadership team and help resolve direction that Transaction Banking is taking
Each of the primary functional areas has a senior leader in conjunction with whom this role will work around the following types of efforts:
Typical areas of focus here will be around helping identify growth opportunities, client segmentation, better alignment of the sales force around key clients and segments, pricing, etc.
This role will be dedicated in helping the Sales Leaders understand various components of their function, including performing analytics to help drive hypotheses
Enthusiastic thought leadership around things such as the recent build-out and implementation of an instance of SalesForce's Service Cloud
Evaluate and build better segmentation around client status hierarchy, creating tiers (i.e. Platinum, Gold, Silver) and work with partners to identify ways to differentiate service levels/servicing representatives tied to that status, etc.
Build out of the new Client Advisory Panel, where they can aggregate client feedback around beta products pre-launch, competitive analysis around what other banks are doing for their customers
Share expertise in designing new pitch books to better resonate with the market.
Will regularly interact with outside consultants. Example, external Big 4 Consultants were engaged with a meaningful pricing initiative, and have been used for other Global Strategy and Deposit topics
This team would work lock step with any consulting firm that was brought in to help with strategic initiatives.
QBR's and Deck Compilation:
Will help support all of the direct reports into the Head of Transaction Banking for quarterly reporting by helping those LOB Executives (Sales, Product, Client Delivery) and building consensus on the information comprising presentations including:
Preparation of Executive Committee & Board Presentations
New business development activities:
Formulate comprehensive inorganic strategies across the payments market, and potentially augment areas where the bank's own strategies may be deficient in terms of the ability to build functionality in-house
Corporate Development activities embedded within the Transaction Banking function
Work in conjunction with the Head of Corporate Strategy and provide due diligence for M&A opportunities in the FinTech space
Be the SME for Silicon Valley, particularly as it relates to the FinTech arena
Areas of coverage could include the following:
Acquisitions (generally will be smaller deals)
Work in conjunction with the Product team to figure out the bank builds internally vs. buys/aligns with other parties
Spearhead/lead the strategy on how to bring needed capabilities market for TBA's clients
Work with internal groups within the bank that conduct similar strategy activities to this role i.e., TBA Product Management, TBA Innovation Team and the Global Innovation Team.
- File services space-format translation – build embedded and integrated solutions allowing the bank to cross-sell the "plug and play" integrated solutions
General Summary The Head Cashier is responsible for all standard cashier responsibilities, in addition to being responsible for developing and growing relationships with all business and private customers. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Include the following.
Other duties may be assigned. Customer Service • Project a positive representation. • Greet customers entering and throughout the store. Thank customers by name, when possible, when they are leaving the store. • Project a friendly, outgoing demeanor; work well with customers as well as associates. • Clear customer checkout lines quickly and efficiently. • Answer and monitor all calls and pages promptly, courteously and effectively. • Communicate any problem or issue that requires management assistance. • Continually build product knowledge base and possess the ability to assist customers with store layout and product location. • Assist in pricing, stocking, marking and bagging of merchandise. • Develop and nurture relationships with customers to drive increases in visits and ticket size. • Lead and Champion store B2B programs.
Register Operations • Follow all cash register transaction procedures. • Responsible for balancing of register drawer. • Adhere to any Store Support Center program or promotion that may require implementation at the cash registers. • Participate in store and Cashier meetings. Front End Appearance and Upkeep • Keep the front end, including checkout areas and entrance doors neat and clean at all times. Face and dust front end. • Assist with keeping impulse counters stocked and faced, rotate fresh merchandise in as seasons change. • Ensure fresh ads are stocked in shopping carts at all times. • Ensure forms and supplies are stocked at all times. • Assist with decorating the front end according to the Store Support Center program. • Call for cart pickups when necessary. • Inform management when merchandise returns need to be put away. • Perform all other duties as assigned.
Education/Training High School or GED equivalent. Experience Cashier experience preferred. Customer service experience preferred. Physical Demands Standing, walking, lifting (up to 25lbs) and climbing.
