Perform benchmarking of features through IQS market analysis, customer surveys, and competitor analysis based on project needs
Discuss, negotiate, and submit US requirements to development departments
Daily follow up on status of US requirements and verify implementation status with development departments
Analyze JD Power IQS, as well as further sources such as Customer Feedback Survey, US competitor offerings and dealer feedback in order to extract customer opinions and preferences
Document test results, including error description, in error management systems, and escalate if necessary
Pre-analyze test results in cooperation with the development departments and SW suppliers
Manage and Prioritize documented errors in error management systems
Coordinate with local Functional Owners to identify and escalate top issues & project showstoppers.
Report project status and test results to EI departments using the standard reporting tools
Synchronize and prioritize with other US testing sites regarding the project status and open topics to ensure an aligned feedback
Assist in the resolution of customer issues
Plan test focus & vehicle assignment for weekend test-drives for engineering team.
Communicate regularly with developers
On-site support for local supplier management to ensure that all project partners are aligned with latest status
Manage test documentation incl. test cases, test planning, test results, etc.
