ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
The Dental Assistant provides support to the office and is responsible for assisting the professional dental staff with treatment.
Deliver quality and compassionate care to every patient
Guide parents and patients through Kool Smiles process before treatment
Educate patients in oral hygiene instruction and provide postoperative instructions
Prepare patient for examination and treatment
Take x-rays and save to patient charts

Senior Molding/Tooling Engineer
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage tool design, fabrication, process development, and qualification at the supplier, specify equipment, molds and materials for new molding processes, existing processes, or existing process changes ensuring part designs can be injection molded economically -- Design for Mold-ability & Scale-ability Ensures that materials chosen for parts are economical and appropriate.
Focus on specific technical projects in R&D, Manufacturing and Sustaining engineering related to molding or other engineering disciplines assigned by Manager.
Utilize CAD, mold flow and computational fluid dynamics techniques, state-of-the art productivity tools along with mold cavity process monitoring instrumentation.
Interface with personnel from R&D, Manufacturing and outside mold maker/molding vendors
Reviews and critiques submitted mold vendor design proposals and assure functional mold performance and adherence to established mold construction standards.
Write capital expenditure requests for equipment and molds, as needed.
Develop and implement molding processes for pilot production and scale-up programs: using RJG de-coupled / scientific methodology providing statistically supported and validated processes.
Assist other Plant Engineers on project development and implementation related to molds and molding processes.
