Hoist Operator 2 - Off Shift Tracking Code 37841 Job Description Drive forklift truck equipped with lifting devices such as forklift, fork-grapple, clamps, elevating platform, or trailer hitch, to push, pull, lift, stack, tier, or move raw paper materials and in process products and finished products, equipment, or materials in warehouse, storage yard, or factory. May move materials and equipment using an overhead rail crane or operate a rail car mover such as a Track mobile.
May load and unload semi trailer trucks. Maintain accurate inventory and report any discrepancies. May load or unload materials onto or off of pallets, skids, or lifting device.
Perform safety checks on lifts. May lubricate truck, recharge batteries, fill fuel tank, or replace liquefied-gas tank. Responsible for inventory control, tracking and reporting inventory utilizing a materials management system.
May organize and assign storage space utillized in warehousing and moving materials in the departments. Greater knowledge and skill than Hoist Operator 1 in the handling of controls for driving fork lift and/or clamp trucks. Must be skilled in handling controls for starting, stopping, backings, and driving fork lift trucks through narrow aisles in building, up and down ramps, and in and out of railroad cars, trucks, etc.; and, for lifting, lowering, and tilting forks by moving hands, arms, feet, and legs to operate controls.
Must know how high, wide, and long the fork lift truck and its load are, and how much the fork lift truck can lift. Good special ability to identify how high and wide a doorway and an aisle must be to drive the fork lift truck and its load; how high and wide the shelf, bin, etc., must be to place the load; and how high the load must be lifted to reach the shelf or bin. Must be able to recognize whether the fork lift truck is able to lift the load and whether the load is properly balanced.
Knowledge of the layout of the storage area to be able to find and place items without need for detailed instructions. Skilled in moving fork lift trucks about in places where there is very little room to stack or remove loads. SAR Hoist Operator
Temporary - Up to Two Years Hoist Operator:
Be well versed in a variety of hoisting situations to include but not limited to high hoists, confined area, elevated platform, off center hoists, rescue swimmer and boat operations, both dead in water and underway.
Be responsible in the cabin for SAR passengers and inform the pilots when cabin is ready.
Comply with all federal, state, and country regulations.
Inventory, inspection, minor maintenance and tracking of rescue equipment and devices, as well as aviation life support equipment.
Immediately inform the Pilot about anything that might affect the SAR readiness of the helicopter or equipment.
Act as an observer as required.
Operate the hoist as required.
Operate the FLIR as required.
Operate the Night Sun as required.
Operate the Crew Hover (CHOV) system or similar systems as required.
Deploy rescue equipment as required.
Assist with ground rescue operations as required.
Continuously inform the Pilot flying regarding the helicopter position by using standard guiding phraseology.
Ensure medical personnel, additional observers, survivors and passengers are seated within CG limits and that equipment is stowed and secured.
Administer medical treatment to survivors in accordance with qualifications held.
Post-flight decontamination of the helicopter after mission completion.
Participate in the brief and debrief.
Ensure training requirements are met.
Ensure the timely implementation and maintenance of Bristow Global Standards.
Knowledge of applicable industry safety standards, safety regulations, protocols, and procedures.

High School diploma or equivalent required with College Degree preferred + Search and Rescue (SAR) or Helicopter Air Ambulance (HAA) operational experience within the last 3 months + Three (3) years’ previous experience on a dedicated rotary-wing SAR aircraft serving as a Helicopter Hoist Operator (Winch Operator) + Night SAR Unaided and NVG Operational experience is required + Forward Looking Infrared (FLIR) system experience is required + Nationally Registered Emergency Medical Technician (NREMT) or higher certification or able to obtain certification within 12 months of hire + Able to obtain state reciprocity licensing within 6 months of hire or initial certification

Industrial Manufacturing – Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our growing team and fill an immediate need. Manufacturing – Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician
