Recruiting & Sales Assistant
Pinnacle is looking to add to our team! This job involves research (so we need someone who is both organized and curious), and keeping our database up to date and accurate (attention to detail a must!), helping with paperwork (it’s online, but it’s still “paperwork”), and general office support.
You will also supervise the work of our fall & spring interns. Although these are the things you will spend most of your time doing, like most small businesses we all chip in to help with whatever needs to get done!
Pinnacle Recruiting (www.pinnaclerecruiters.com) is a staffing firm based in Troy, and we’ve been hiring talent for technology organizations in the Capital Region and beyond since 2009. We are a business casual, entrepreneurial environment where you will be just as likely to find us playing air hockey or darts as you will see us on the phone with clients or candidates. We work very hard to meet the needs of the companies who have trusted us to find the talent they need, but we believe in having fun while doing it.
Most of us in this business “ended up” in recruiting... we didn’t plan on it, but here we are and we love it! For that reason, there is not a specific work experience background we are looking for. What’s important to us is that you are organized, curious, learn quickly, and have a positive team attitude. If you are interested in learning more, apply today!
