Under general direction of the Manager, Specialty Sales is responsible for placing proactive outbound calls to established customers and potential prospects. Territory Managers develop maintain and implement long-term business partnerships with their assigned customers. This includes following up on customers who have shown an interest in doing business with the Company providing and following up on quotes taking care of any service issues and understanding the customers' specialty areas in order to provide value. Level II Inside Sales Representatives have increased responsibility in regards to the financial impact their customers have on the Company and increased ability to negotiate with autonomy in a customer segment. 1.Initiates proactive calls to established customers in order to grow sales revenue and develop customer loyalty.

4.Generates professional quotes and inquires on all quotes for which orders were not placed to use reasons to develop competitive information by market segment.

6.Participates in weekly sales meetings.
7.Completes customer maintenance requests such as address changes additional ship-to locations web set-ups and quality assurance forms.
8.Enters customer orders as necessary to back up customer service.
9.Performs related duties as assigned.
Requires broad training in fields such as business administration accountancy sales marketing computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a two year associate's degree program technical vocational training or equivalent combination of experience and education. Grounds And Horticultural Technician - Athletic/Sports Field
Under general supervision, performs a variety of tasks primarily related to the maintenance of athletic fields in support of instructional and learning activities. These include field preparation; infield and mound care; measure, mark and layout (paint) fields; sod renovation/installation; golf green care; repairing athletics fields between use; performs tasks related to maintaining athletic fields.

Initially under close supervision, perform routine grounds, athletics/sports fields related duties required to ensure that District grounds and athletics/sports fields are appropriately maintained and provide the highest level of safety for public, student and staff use. Initially, work is usually supervised while in progress and fits an established structure or pattern and exceptions or changes in procedures are explained in detail as they arise.
