1.Perform basic and detailed machining and assembly tasks to operate at least one machine and/or perform many manual / assembly duties.
2.Perform repetitious and previously performed work without supervisory and technical assistance. Assistance may be needed for other work.
3.Multi-tasking that requires focused concentration is expected to be learned – must be willing to cross train.
4.Utilizes basic skills and experience background to perform machining and manual tasks.
5.Process transactions necessary for work situations that requires very good working PC user know-how.
6.Improvising sometimes is necessary to solve work problems to maintain work schedules.
7.As necessary, supervisor may assign to assist and help others with work.
8.Work from verbal or written instructions, work specifications, routing sheets, etc.; uses basic math ---- all in English.
9.Perform minor maintenance and work with others to provide assistance with major maintenance projects when assigned.
10. May utilize and/or operate material moving equipment, carts, etc. and use some production tools including hand tools and precision devices.
11. When assigned perform duties and tasks outside department and job to the best of individual skill and ability.
12. Work overtime, weekends, and holidays as work schedules require. In peak periods additional overtime is required.
13. Comply with general work rules -- responsible for quality of own work, housekeeping of own work area, and to work safely.
Work requires incumbent to be mobile and in a standing / walking position with ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly. Uses hands to handle, finger, or feel objects and to perform keyboarding.
Also uses hands and arms to reach and grab objects. Sometimes it is necessary to crouch or kneel. Successful performance requires good vision abilities including close vision.
Education and Experience:
Generally high school vocational orientated background or related education is preferred, and typically, 3 months to 3 years of fast pace, high volume production experience or similar background or equivalent combination of education and experience is needed to successfully perform job requirements. Time classified in the specific job classifications does not automatically qualify an individual. In addition to the time guidelines, an individual must meet all other job requirements and a company approved job opening must exist.

Under general direction from team manager and in conjunction with team members, contribute to company quality and service commitments by operating equipment, such as, Single Color, Sheet Fed or Continuous/Web presses. Runs mostly standard work and basic manual numbering may be required. Automated or basic setups and changeovers may be required.
Perform a complete set-up of press in an efficient manner, which may include: identifying and loading correct stock, setting correct paper path and stretch, mounting plates, die registration, making appropriate adjustments to the ink and water levels, assuring accurate single-color register and setting up any attribute functions, e.g. perforations, number, file holes, thermo unit, etc.
Determine and understand all order instructions and running of press productively while, meeting job requirements of ink density, ink and water balance, color matching, and required attributes at a quality level that meets or exceeds our customer's expectations.
Maintain the ability to troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns; demonstrate the ability to make adjustments to the equipment including blanket changes, wash up units, cleaning water system and roller settings as required.
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance and cleaning to ensure a quality product to customer as required. Understand all press controls and demonstrate their use.
Maintain knowledge of the press, current printing processes and develop continuous process improvements that support the Lean philosophy and work environment.
Maintain company quality standards, service levels and customer expectations by meeting or exceeding department/cell goals and customer specifications. Examples may include: maintaining acceptable ink densities, troubleshooting lithographic press settings and willingness to cross train other team members.
Contribute toward team effectiveness and workflow efficiency by rotating duties as needed.
Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
Support operations and contribute toward team results by performing other production or related jobs as required.
Position may include other duties as determined by the company.

Job Description & Requirements
The Delivery Driver is responsible for the safe operation of a refrigerated box truck from a company branch or plant location to deliver merchandise to customers, while abiding by all motor vehicle laws and applicable commercial driver regulations. Responsibilities include interacting with customers; loading and unloading product from the vehicle; and ensuring product is set up and displayed for sale according to company standards.
Maintain distribution of all authorized company products at customer locations.
Operate a commercial motor vehicle with a gross vehicle weight rating between 10,000 pounds and 26,000 pounds.
Deliver product to customers in an efficient, timely, courteous and accurate manner.
Check load security prior to travel and at each stop, making adjustments when needed.
Load or unload cases of product manually, with assistance of hook or hand truck. Ensure load is properly secured before moving vehicle. Collect empty cases and return to ean Foods facility.
Ensure that all products are merchandised to the plan-o-gram.
Stock and/or rotate product on shelves or in cold room.
Ensure sufficient route inventory levels to meet customer demands while adhering to account inventory control and company distribution procedures.
Timely submit all customer paperwork, including invoices, load orders, and handheld reports. Complete all daily DOT and customer paperwork including delivery tickets, pre- and post-trip inspections, driver logs, and vehicle service reports.
Complete assigned route and tasks within DOT time regulations and ensure rest time requirements are observed. Comply with all state and federal Department of Motor Vehicle and Department of Transportation regulations.
Follow all required work safe practices, including wearing Personal Protective Equipment at all times required by policy and/or law.
Responsible for maintaining food safety, pre-requisite programs and food quality for designated area.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Maintain valid state driver's license and acceptable driving record. No prior commercial driving experience required.
Must be at least 21 years old and able to pass all pre-employment screens (including driving record, drug, background and criminal)
Must be able to meet federal and/or state medical qualification standards for commercial drivers.
Must successfully complete a company-sponsored driver training program within 60 days of hire or transfer.
Willing to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends and holidays.

Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.

Job Description: Arconic is currently in search of an Operations Leader to join our Global Rolled Products Operations business unit in Lancaster PA. Lancaster Works specializes in aluminum sheet and cast plate.
At our 1.3 million square-foot plant, we offer a variety of products--from painted sheet to blanked products. What we produce here is found in a wide assortment of end products, such as truck cabs, cookware and construction materials. We also produce brazing sheet used by auto manufacturers to make evaporator and condenser components. Another capability, for which we are well known, is the production of machined cast plate used in a number of diverse products, ranging from robotics to medical instruments.
The Operations Leader is accountable for providing leadership and direction to Production Teams and Operations Shift Coordinators in order to meet business requirements for the efficient production of metal in an Arconic Business System (ABS) environment. Under the direction of the Superintendent, the Operations Leader is responsible to ensure a safe and productive environment.
Lead the team in safely producing the highest quality product in accordance with plant quality standards;
Observes employees for effectiveness, efficiency, performance, safety practices, and adherence to procedures; coaches and corrects behaviors and actions as needed;
Ensure team performance goals are aligned to department business objectives and communicated to the team;
Act as backup for the Production Superintendent;

Attend team meetings, ensuring that team meetings are occurring and are being led by the team with engagement from Team Star Points, coaching the team to perform in a cohesive manner and drive continuous improvement across all metrics;
Serve as a Star Point Leader for a designated Star Point role as guided by the Production Leader;
Engage with team members and the Production Shift coordinator to resolve team member conflicts as directed by the team's conflict resolution model;
Assist in hiring, onboarding and training hourly personnel;
Ensure that EHS incidents and quality issues are appropriately investigated and corrective actions implemented on a timely basis;
Maintain awareness of outage plans and communicate timelines to the Production Shift Coordinator;
Work flexible hours as needed.
