Hydraulic Assembly Technician (Day Shift)
Diagnose causes of malfunction of equipment from observations tests based on hydraulic and pneumatic schematics and assembly drawings.
Disassemble equipment to remove parts and effect repairs.
Examine any and all parts for general corrosion, defects, breakage or excessive wear whenever looking at specific reported issues on any unit. i.e. not just limited to the specific issue at hand. Take the opportunity to review overall general condition.
Order parts as required including fabricated parts (assist with fabrication if needed / allowed and have the required competency skills).
Install all parts according to instructions given, knowledge of unit being assembled and/or following drawings, as required, including needed adjustments and alignment.
Test run repaired equipment to ensure it works to full specification.
Operates drill presses, riveting machines, cranes & forklifts, etc, to assist in assembly operations.
Prepare hydraulic / pneumatic components, and install hoses, fittings & fluids into the unit. Follow hydraulic / pneumatic schematics as required.
Assist in unit Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) as required.
Maintain a professional manner at all times and communicate regularly and clearly with customers.
Ensure all work performed is in a quality minded, tidy & accurate manner, prepare all surfaces and components as necessary to ensure no damage occurs during assembly and testing.
Other duties as may be assigned.
1 year experience minimum in Hydraulics preferred.
Some electrical / electronic control experience preferred.
Able to read assembly diagrams and operational system schematics.
Good failure analysis skills.
Will travel and willing to work flexible hours as the job demands.
Must have full set of hand tools as defined by Company standards.
Hydraulic Press Operator Level Iii
Upon completion of predefined training period, basic knowledge that allows operator to operate pre-programmed computer controlled open die or closed die hydraulic forging press and manipulators to bend, form, and straighten simple metal bars.

After a predefined training period is completed, has gained a basic knowledge of most commonly produced materials and their characteristics with regard to forging.
Basic ability to read and understand shop traveler, operating procedures, blueprints, and instructions regarding entering forge data into press and manipulator controls.
Knowledge of recording forge data for future use, complete production reports and SPC documentation.

Pallet Jack Operator Position
Basic Job Concept:
The Jack Operator is responsible for bringing in product for production, Jack Operator must be motived and have clear communication skills. The Operator is required to pay close attention to product quality and to pull with accuracy. The Jack Operator will be using an electric pallet jack to pull orders and return the product. The Jack Operator is responsible to properly document all pulls and returns, PO#’s, and is also responsible for proper rotation.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

- Prior selecting experience in a fast paced warehouse environment preferred.

I.Sets up and operates hydraulic draw press to form a variety of sheet metal parts such as door skins,bulkheads, nose camps and fuel tank sections, where standard operating methods are available but theoperator is regularly called upon to exercise judgement to plan and layout operation and set upsequences.
II.Selects from three drawing actions, the correct procedure for each series of parts and sets machineaccordingly.
