The Cement Pneumatic Driver is responsible for safely and efficiently loading, transporting and unloading raw materials from vendor locations to production plants.
Primary Job Function
Performs daily vehicle pre-trip safety inspection according to company guidelines.
Maintains truck maintenance, fluid and fuel levels as needed or required.
Reports any vehicle mechanical problems on a timely basis to ensure prompt attention from fleet maintenance.
Follows written and oral instruction from production manager to determine the quantity and location of raw materials to be loaded, transported and unloaded each day.
Drives truck to raw material vendor location as well as to plant locations as instructed.
Ensures materials loaded into tanker are of the proper quantity and within acceptable specifications.
Unloads raw materials from tanker at each plant location ensuring proper material is placed into the correct storage bin.
Monitors pressure gauges and baghouse while unloading to detect potential air quality issues.
Ensures compliance with local, state and federal air emissions regulations.
Completes required paperwork timely and accurately.
Maintains communication with the production and plant managers using two-way radio and mobile telephone to advise of questions, problems or issues on a timely basis.
Communicates pleasantly and professionally with vendors.
Maintains a neat and professional personal appearance.
Keeps the interior and exterior of the truck clean and free of clutter to include regularly removing road film and excess raw material from exterior surfaces.
Follows established company policies and guidelines for safety, quality and service.
Operates plant equipment (loader, mixer truck, etc...) as needed.
Wears personal protective equipment as needed or required.
HS Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Minimum age of 21 years old required.
Current, valid driver's license.
Current, valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
Prefer at least one year of experience driving heavy equipment especially in construction or construction-related positions.
Satisfactory driving and criminal record.
General knowledge of the local area is preferred.

The role of a Directional Bore Operator is that of a specialty trained employee who has expertise in running horizontal/directional drill rigs, locating equipment and product support equipment.
Operate Pneumatic Missile for installation of underground conduit up to 4" for fiber optic cable.
Ensure safety of the public and other utilities underground facilities.
Performs all duties according to prescribed safety procedures and uses appropriate safety equipment.
Setup and cleanup of work site including traffic and pedestrian control.
Read utility locates and coordinating day lighting of these facilities.
Ensure all applicable permits and locates are complete and on site.
Inspect the work that is in progress to ensure that the workmanship conforms to specifications.
Operate construction equipment to facilitate alignment, movement, and adjustment of machinery to conform to grade specifications.
Level earth to final grade specifications.
Measure distances from grade stakes, lasers and GPS coordinates.
Vehicle and equipment operations from trucks to other equipment as directed and certified.
Perform proper maintenance by greasing, oiling, and making minor repairs on equipment.
Lead teams in the field effectively and efficiently as needed and directed by supervisor.
Familiar with NESC (National Electrical Safety Commission) safety guidelines.
Minimum 1 year pneumatic bore experience in an urban environment.
Valid Class A CDL.

Experience with different size's of Grundomat Vermeer, Ditch Witch or Grundomat units preferred.
Lift and carry up to 70 lbs.
Ability to read and understand maps, drawings and diagrams for project build process.
Practical working experience of underground construction for both RF and Fiber.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills with a solid foundation in modeling large complex data sources with an ability to provide statistical analysis around the forecast.

Electrical Technicians assist our team in safely operating and maintaining hydroelectric powerhouses and related facilities as well as the construction and project management expertise to expand and replace this infrastructure as needed. Other duties include installation, field testing, and maintenance of protective relay equipment, relay carriers, supervisory equipment, station apparatus, instruments, remote and local control devices and associated wiring.
Electrical Technicians must be proficient in understanding and deciphering electrical drawing /and schematics. Mechanical & pneumatic assembly experience in automation or similar industry
Must have basic computer skills
Must be able to operate machine shop tooling (saw, threader, drill press, etc.)
Must be able to read and interpret pneumatic schematics/diagrams
Troubleshoot and solve issues
Must supply own tools required to perform their job task.
Education & Personality
Vocational School preferred
Senior High School diploma or higher
Self- starter & structured
Good working relationship and effective communication skills with vendors, team members, suppliers and project teams.
Sense of urgency &customer oriented attitude
Can work under pressure & challenging time plans

Job Description: We are currently looking for Hydro Technicians to join our team in Sealy, TX. Our Fabrication Shop specializes in Compression and Production Equipment. Hydro Technicians will be responsible for hydro testing and support.
Supplying or holding materials or tools
Cleaning work area and equipment
Operating machinery used in production processes
Minimum 2 years experience
Must be able to meet physical demands as essential to job function including lifting at least 50 lbs, standing for extended periods of time, bending, squatting, lifting, etc
Must wear required PPE while in the shop area
Fabrication shop experience preferred
Must be able to pass employment requirements
Read, write, speak and understand English
Working knowledge of relevant HSE procedures and regulations
Customer service oriented
