Responsibilities The Senior Control Operator is in charge and responsible for the safety and operation of all project facilities during other than normal working hours and when project management is absent

Acts as an Operations supervisor, authorizing and coordinating maintenance activities; this includes authorizing and issuing Clearances, Hot Line Orders, Special Conditions, Operational Configuration Management, and Interconnected System Clearances.
