Igniter Operator – Welder
Under general supervision, sets-up, operates and makes adjustments to a variety of welding equipment including TIG welders, plasma arc welder, Centaur welder, the comparator for inspecting right angle assemblies, etc.
Must be certified to MIL-STD-1595A and be able to weld a variety of metals including: various 300 and 400 series stainless steels, Inconel, Hasteloy X, Ledloy, Mallory100, Haynes alloy, etc.
Has a complete understanding of work instructions/blueprints, is familiar with the quality system and procedures.
Is able to read, understand and complete routers and is able to use this information to evaluate the quality and integrity of weld joints.
Must be able to assist Product Development with new product designs and work with them to establish welding specifications on unique joint designs or new materials.
Responsible for maintaining welding supplies and for a review on first piece welded parts as well as training and review of Apprentice Welder work.

Aseptic Technician Associate -
Independently performs the tasks of the production operation specific to aseptic manufacturing, filling, and packaging. Maintains batch record documentation and logs as required by corporation and regulatory agencies.
Performs cleaning and sanitizing of production equipment and classified production space. Prepares, according to procedures, various stock solutions and buffers as required by the production process. Prepares equipment, glassware, filters, etc. required for production.
Assists in process and system validation activities as required. Independently performs product sampling, environmental monitoring, or other related activities as directed.
Independently performs routine tasks in the areas of Vials, Formulation, Bulking, Aseptic Fluids and Gels Manufacturing. This includes but it is not limited to Operation of the Vial Filler, loading vials onto the Vial Washer while monitoring critical parameters as per procedures on the vial washer and tunnel, unloading vials from the vial capper and inspecting for defects on the vials, loading the vials onto autoclave racks, adding components to the vial capper while monitoring machine's critical parameters as per procedures, Bulk Formulation, Vial Sterilization, and Vessel CIP/SIP. This job will also entail transfer of heavy vessels on wheels and autoclave racks on wheels.
Perform routine daily and weekly cleaning of manufacturing area.
Will serve as witness of routine unit operation tasks for batch record signing. Maintains all associated documentation for operations being performed. Will be assigned formal FMEAs, RAs, CAPAs, CCRs, NCRs, and Action Items as needed.
Applies acquired skills while performing the most complex tasks of the position, following established practices and procedures. Demonstrated ability to apply experience to perform equipment troubleshooting, monitor employee activities and to make procedural revisions, as needed.
Implements and maintains production schedules based upon intra-departmental information. Perform to ensure compliance with GMPs and SOPs.
Generally receives instructions on all assignments with some supervision. Takes initiative to identify issues, troubleshoot, propose solutions, and keep leads/ management informed.

Based on production schedules, random and different start time scenarios may occur so a very flexible work schedule is required for the candidate. High school diploma, and 1-3 yrs experience working in a cGMP environment.
Prior document revision (SOPs and BPRs) experience and experience reviewing BPRs is preferred.
Prior mechanical experience and experience working as an Aseptic Production operator is preferred.
Typical minimum education and experience required is AA degree in related discipline and experience working in GMP environment is preferred.

Machine Reliability Engineer
The Machine Reliability Engineer is responsible for designing and monitoring the maintenance procedures for all of Niagara's fixed assets to ensure reliability. WSAV-TV in beautiful Savannah, Georgia is hiring an experienced Production Specialist to be a Director/Editor/Photographer. This is a great position to put all your skills to use in a job where the assignment can change daily in a place that has all the newest technology. This multi-faceted job requires solid experience directing daily studio newscasts, using ENPS newsroom software and the Grass Valley Ignite Automation system. Experience on this machine or a similar automation system is required. We will train you to operate our equipment but this job is not for beginners on automation.
Directing studio newscasts will be your main duty but there are many other parts of the job to put your skills and abilities to work.
Such as directing or being a replay operator as part of our remotes team using the latest Newtek Tricaster 8000 and 3Play 425 equipment. You'll need great editing skills using Adobe Premier to put together commercials and work on marketing projects. You'll work with our marketing team shooting with news team members, editing projects daily and we'll put your creative talents to work on long form programming for our daily lifestyle show. You'll be shooting anything from live sports, single person interviews to multi-camera commercial client projects. Field experience in audio is a big plus. Audio in our mobile unit is mixed on a Behringer X32 board. Use of a wide range of professional video cameras, DSLR cameras, wired and wireless microphones, LED lighting in the field and studio is essential. Jib experience and operation of other motion controlled devices is a plus also.
Candidates must be willing and physically able to spend long days and nights in the summer heat of South Georgia setting up for remote High School football broadcasts from August through November, doing the show then striking and packing all the gear on location. Experience on an expert level with most of these field jobs is required for consideration.
You must be able to pass GA DOT certification for commercial driver. You must be able to drive a large truck and expertly tow and maneuver our 24-foot production trailer.
If you are a master of most of these disciplines, we would be willing to train the right directing candidate on the Grass Valley Ignite Automation system. But the expectation is you would hit the ground running on everything else described here. This is not your typical director position but a great job in media doing just about everything in a super nice facility with all the latest and greatest gear.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Requirements & Skills:
Minimum of two years of television directing experience preferred
Working knowledge of television production techniques and experience with production automation is necessary
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
Creative decision-making skills
Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities
Knowledge of professional audio/video equipment
Knowledge of professional audio and/or video editing and post-production procedures, techniques, and standards
Physical Demands & Work Environment: A Director must be able to sit for long periods of time directing newscasts and other programs, conduct telephone conversations, use electronic mail, write letters and memos, conduct face-to-face discussions with individuals, make decisions without supervision, make decisions that impact the results of co-workers, work in close proximity to others, work outdoors in all weather conditions, and work indoors in environmentally controlled conditions. In addition, the Director must be able to lift, set up and operate equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. Must be able to pass GA DOT drivers certifiation and drive truck towing large trailer.

Zalkin Americas is seeking an Aftermarket Engineer to contribute to the success of the organization by developing, promoting, and selling aftermarket parts and service offerings through building relationships with customers, analyzing the customer's existing machinery and identifying potential opportunities. The position reports to the Aftermarket Sales Supervisor. Responsibilities are listed below:
Develops customer specific service contracts to cover annual maintenance requirements of cappers including head, head slide, and chuck rebuilds. Also, will advise customer on recommended major machine overhauls.
Promotes the benefits of having maintenance work done on-site by Zalkin trained service technicians.
Works with marketing to develop promotional materials to promote contract offerings.
Travels to customer's facility when necessary to present programs offered.
Works with Customer Service Department to identify appropriate customers to target in the Service Contract Program based on previous technician visits and prior on-site issues faced by the customer.
Serves as a liaison with customer once program is implemented to ensure customer satisfaction and to deal with customer issues & concerns with the agreement.
Works with inventory control and parts department to ensure the needed parts are available on-site when needed.
Works with rebuild technician to learn how to perform a rebuild of heads, head slides, and chucks.
Ensures all kits have been created and built into Syteline for all new cappers going into the field.
Identifies and creates rebuild kits upon customer request.
Works with inventory control to ensure proper stocking levels of needed kit components.
Works with marketing to develop promotional materials for kits and benefits of performing regularly scheduled maintenance.
Analyzes previous kit sales to proactively determine when customers are due for another set of Rebuild Kits.
Modifies existing kits based on customer feedback or service technician feedback to ensure kits are composed of correct parts.
Proactively looks for Rebuild Kit opportunities with customers who have not previously purchased.
Solicits customers to program by showing benefits of a Zalkin technician performing needed maintenance at the prescribed intervals.
Works with marketing to Develop and distributes promotional materials about program.
Oversees and manages the flow of parts exchange with customer once program is put into place.
New Machinery Sales Support:
Ensure Initial Spares have been quoted and or purchased on all machines landing in the Americas. If purchased, ensure purchased spares are on order with Zalkin France at correct price level.
Ensure customer has been provided quote for emergency spares as soon as possible after machine set-up is finalized.
Present and discuss new machinery spares at FAT (factory acceptance test) as needed.
Follow-up with customer after providing quote if needed. Ensure stock levels created for identified wear items.
Set follow-up date of 1 year to assess customer spares needs and one-year preventive maintenance requirements.
Develop survey to identify customers with training needs and develop appropriate quotation package.
Present quote package to customer based on input from customer service department.
Prepare training materials to be used by Trainer and materials to be distributed to customer.
Proactively seek opportunities to present customers with performance enhancing upgrades and retrofits to their current machine set-up.
Working with engineering to provide detailed improvements to customers and referring to retrofit/conversion department where appropriate.
Work with marketing to develop and distribute literature with news of latest innovative designs offered.
Schedule regular visits to customer facilities to promote above.
Perform / assist with rebuilds as needed.
Provide technical assistance to customers as needed / required.
Service Trips as needed / required.
Developing and distributing Technical Service Bulletins (TSB's) to customer data base.
Other duties as requested.
Bachelor's degree preferred or Technical Degree with equivalent experience.
Two plus years of Industrial Machinery Part Sales experience.
Strong communication and customer service skills, written and verbal.
Persuasive and proactive.
Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and mechanical and electrical bill of materials as well as grasp basic technical aspects of machinery.
Excellent customer relationship building skills with strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively in a team environment.

Experience with an ERP systems.
Strong Microsoft skills with Excel, Word and Outlook required.
