Welder – Igniter Operator
Under general supervision, sets-up, operates and makes adjustments to a variety of welding equipment including TIG welders, plasma arc welder, Centaur welder, the comparator for inspecting right angle assemblies, etc.
Must be certified to MIL-STD-1595A and be able to weld a variety of metals including: various 300 and 400 series stainless steels, Inconel, Hasteloy X, Ledloy, Mallory100, Haynes alloy, etc.
Has a complete understanding of work instructions/blueprints, is familiar with the quality system and procedures.
Is able to read, understand and complete routers and is able to use this information to evaluate the quality and integrity of weld joints.
Must be able to assist Product Development with new product designs and work with them to establish welding specifications on unique joint designs or new materials.
Responsible for maintaining welding supplies and for a review on first piece welded parts as well as training and review of Apprentice Welder work.

Machine Operator Floater
POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for performing power assisted assembly operations on high speed lining machines and monitoring production runs/orders through the molding machines, checking for quality, and maintaining a clean work area throughout the facility.
Utilizes a variety of instruments such as calipers, air hoses, and picks.
Operates power-assisted machinery to assemble components (caps, lining and spouts).

This position is responsible for operating the filler and capper to ensure that the product is filled properly and according to the customer's specifications. Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Records the monthly financial transactions of ESCF. Prepares cash, investment and other account reconciliations on a monthly basis. Assists with the creation of financial statements and reports.

Primary Function / Primary Goals / Objectives:
The Production Specialist position is responsible for all tasks associated with the operation of all production related equipment including, but not limited to: fillers, sterilizers, labeler's de-palletizers, palletizers, case packers, coders, cap hoppers, loader, unloader, etc. The operator will be expected to perform all quality and production checks required by work order or PM.
Responsible for boil out of sterilizer equipment and housekeeping of related filler, sterilizer and capping equipment. This position involves the ability to trouble shoot on-line situations and to prioritize and complete several tasks concurrently within a given time frame and in a safe and efficient manner.
The operator must be able to start up and shutdown all equipment according to established procedures or specifications and perform minor to major clearing of jams and downtime issues on the line. The operator must report any abnormal equipment function, or product problems to the Supervisor.
The operator is responsible for the safe operations of all equipment, promptly report all incidents, injuries, or safety hazards. The operator is responsible for maintaining general housekeeping cleaning, sanitation and safe work area by utilizing all 5S cleaning and tools necessary to keep the area clean and clear of debris, safe, neat and organized. The operator may be required to perform job tasks at different work times, on different work schedules, and also in other departments dependent upon business needs. The operator will be required to work overtime as needed, and to provide line coverage during vacations, roving holidays and sick time.

Conducts double seam evaluations. Records can loss and organizes work order form.
Cleans sterilizer infeed and discharge tracks, can dryer and any related filler/sterilizer/capper equipment. Responsible for boil outs of the sterilizer system.
The operator is expected to proactively identify and implement production improvements in their areas of responsibilities.

2Nd Shift Production Crewmember
Primary Purpose: The primary purpose is to produce a product from a raw state to a customized finish product.
Correct set up of raw materials, guiding sills through a roller machine to an automated capper and saw section. This operator will also need to learn all the quality steps to inspecting raw products and well as a finished product.
Develop a complete understanding of all aluminum and substrate types, lengths and colors; display a complete understanding for all nosing color and lengths.
Responsible for keeping up with basic line production and rotation. The rotation involves positions of material handling, off load, and feeding, as well as rotating to other areas during a shift.
Perform at acceptable production rates averaging below a 6.0 second cycle

SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Under specific direction of Assembly line or department leader, Assembly Supervisor and Plant Manager, where goals and objective are established.
Coordinate work with other crewmembers. Report any material handler deficiencies. Advise leads/supervisor of unusual circumstances as needed.
RESPONSIBILITY FOR ERRORS: Errors may be serious involving inventory and loss of materials and will become apparent in normal production runs.
CONTACT WITH OTHERS: Regular contact with crewmembers, other employees, lead people and staff members where improper handling may affect results.
Clear, concise communications skills are important. Be able to identify quality issues and communicate effectively to lead and supervisor.
PHYSICAL EFFORT: Flow of work and character of duties involve some repetitive use of hands, wrists and arms motions while standing a minimum of 8 hrs. per day with mandatory overtime during peak season.
Rotating within the lines is required due to ergonomics. Normal and corrected hearing and vision are necessary with manual coordination some walking with frequent bending, twisting, stooping and lifting of approximately 35 lbs. Must have good hand eye coordination and be mechanically adaptable to using some hand tools. Alertness to quality and machine function is mandatory.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR EQUIPMENT: In order to advance this position will be required to become capable of limited troubleshooting all equipment on the line and perform the job safely. Damage to this equipment would result in a loss for the company.
WORKING CONDITIONS/HAZARDS: Exposed to normal factory environment (wood dust and aluminum) with no factors or hazards present to a disagreeable extent. Must be able to with stand heat up to 95 degrees.
SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES: Must adhere to all safety rules and regulations as specified in the Enduras Safety Manual. This responsibility necessitates wearing of proper personal protective equipment (i.e. safety glasses & ear plugs) by each crewmember on the line.

The packaging operator is responsible for the set-up, operation, routine maintenance, and cleaning of Packaging Department's equipment in accordance with applicable cGMPs and SOPs. The packaging operator possesses all of the skills and competencies that are required and also has completed the necessary training.
This position is second shift: 3:15PM - 11:45PM.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Set up Packaging equipment and machinery in preparation for the shift
Performs the follow packaging department duties. Here are the details:
Bottles are dumped from box (20 lb.) into bottle unscrambler daily as needed on continual basis.
Powder bag (33 lbs.) or capsules/tablets bag (18-35 lbs.) is dumped into hopper daily on continual basis.
Closures for bottles are dumped into cap hopper (30 lbs.) as needed on continual basis.
Filled bottles are weighed and pushed onto capper and sealed by Sealer machine (automated).
Sealed package of bottles (2.5-4 lbs.) is taken off line and put into shippers.
Filled shippers (30-40 lbs.) are palletized on a power lifter then taken away with a hand/power jack to the warehouse for shipment.
Dose wheel for powder line is installed and removed daily using a power lifter. The lower hopper is removed from Perry Filler (55 lbs.) once a week
Ensures required routine paperwork is completed in accordance with cGMPs. Completes log book entries; operation and cleaning in a timely efficient manner
Performs major equipment cleans. Ensures no foreign product remains on lie, i.e. in hoppers, heavy machinery, parts or floors.
Uses computer to review SOPs and to obtain training.
Follows Teva's Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures. Performs other duties as assigned or required by business needs.
